  My family stayed here for a week 8/18-8/25. The room was clean and just the right size for our family of 5 (3 small children) The view was beautiful and location was perfect with the Northside Park just across the road. We cannot wait until next year to go back!!!

  This place was by far one of the best place we have stayed in OCMD. We were so happy to arrive to a very bright and CLEAN condo! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve a nice dinner. The patio was a nice little little area where we spent every morning drinking coffee and watching the ocean and then playing UNO and enjoying the night breeze. The walk to the beach was perfect for a five and eight year old :-) The pool was very nice and clean and to be honest we often felt like we had a private pool because there was hardly ever anybody in there. I truly could not be happier with our get week there and was so sad when we had to leave! Thanks Tom for being so easy to work with and your place is BEAUTIFUL!

  We had a good time visiting OC with our daughter and staying in this nicely, updated condo for a short week. The location is great with kid friendly restaurants and the large park Bay side.

  My husband and I stayed in this condo over our wedding anniversary this year. We LOVED it. A long time lover of OCMD, I have found that my favorite streets are the 120s because of the great restaurants, Northside Park and less crowds so it was perfectly located. So close to the beach and with great amneties - we cannot complain. Tom, the owner was very helpful from our moment of interest in the property through to our deposit return. He was kind, thorough and helpful. Just as another reviewer said, I could tell from my email correspondence and phone calls that he is trustworthy and that makes all the difference when renting a place without the luxury of seeing it in person or meeting the owner face to face. We have rented some awful places via VRBO, ones that left me in tears, but this one redeemed them all. Great owner, clean, well stocked kitchen, exactly like the ad reads - AND BETTER. You will not regret renting this unit. Just make sure you leave some dates available for us to return. And next time we might even bring the kids!

  I did alot of research over several weeks looking for the perfect place for my family to vacation. I found this place and of course over the internet, I was a little worried. That is until I spoke with Tom (owner). He was so nice, I just knew this was it. I was in our price range, place looked comfortable and it had an oceanview with a pool. The pictures just don't do it justice - this is a must see. My family of 4 had a great time. Tom checked in with us after arriving and we had everything we needed. All tile floors a must at the beach. It was great, thanks for sharing.

  My family (2 adults, 3 children) enjoyed a great week at this condo. Tom was extremely easy to work with. The condo was clean upon arrival and exactly as described, although we expected a longer walk to the beach and were happily surprised that it is a very short walk even with 3 kids. It was so nice to be able to easily walk back to the condo for forgotten items, snacks etc when enjoying the beach and not have to walk far. The kitchen was well stocked and modern. The beds were comfortable and the bedroom has plenty of storage. We really appreciated that the condo has "little extras" such as cleaning supplies, an efficient vacuum, emergency bathroom and kitchen paper products if you forget and havent made it to the store yet. My husband was so happy to find a can of wd40 type product in the closet as our umbrella holder bolt was stuck and he was able to fix! The pool isnt fancy but was clean and very enjoyable. We met alot of nice people there and enjoyed conversation as the kids swam. The large living room tv made movie watching on a rainy day a fun day and the bedroom tv/dvd was a hit with the kids! Nice view of the ocean from the balcony and a nice patio set for outdoor meals and relaxing with a glass of wine enjoying the ocean breeze. We rarely used the AC, as we opened the window and patio door. The breeze kept the unit cool even with high temps. When in OCMD again we will definately stay here again! Thanks for a great week!

  This a great unit for a young family. It is economical, has a pool, and is just a short walk to the beach. No darting across coastal highway, or loading up kids and gear in a car. We love the tile floors, which made it easy to keep clean. The unit is completely modernized, which made it very comfortable. Tom was very helpful and efficient, and we would definitely stay again!

  My husband and I just stayed in the Top Royal N unit for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time. The unit is very clean and updated and included everything needed for a restful vacation. The elevator made moving in and out extra easy. Thanks for a great time!!!!
