This is an outstanding property with high end decorating in a gated complex. This condo has a master suite with king size bed, a second bedroom with a queen and the third bedroom has two bunk beds featuring 4 twin beds. Perfect for sleeping two couples and up to four children. Could also sleep 6 men for a football weekend. No more than eight people are allowed to stay overnight.
This 3rd floor condo overlooks the pool and has a view of Lake Michigan sunsets. The unit features 4 balconies and is positioned at the end of the building so it has more natural sunlight.
The garage on the first floor has room for up to 4 cars. There is a gas grill available.
The complex also has a rooftop patio and kitchen for parties. There is a rental fee for use of this area and reservations are required.
This complex has both indoor and outdoor pools as well as a fitness center featuring various exercise machines as well as free weights.
The complex is located in town so it is a very short walk to restaurants, train station, grocery store, beaches and public boat slips.

Most of the time when you see pictures of a place online they make the place look better than it actually is. Well that is not true for this beautiful condo. When we opened the door my whole family was stunned. It's an amazing place. It has everything you could want. There is an outdoor pool just outside your door and if there weather outside is not cooperating, there is an indoor pool. Of course when you to New Buffalo you for the beach, which is just a short walk away. It is probably the closest place to the beach available in downtown New Buffalo. There are several great restaurants within a short walk with Brewster's Italian being one of the best. The town is quaint and not crowded at all, which came as a pleasant surprise. Now for the condo itself. It is not setup like you would expect a rental place to be. It has high end appliances and beautiful bedding. It feels like the owner set it up just for themselves and then decided to rent it. When you take the elevator up to your floor you will find that you are the only ones on that floor. The condo covers the entire floor from front back. So you have views of the lake from the living room and views of downtown off the two bedroom balconies. It's an end unit so there are windows on all three sides making it filled with natural light. We all absolutely fell in love with this place. My five year old son cried for a half hour on our last day because he did not want to leave. You certainly can't go wrong staying here. We will certainly be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

New Buffalo is SUCH a GREAT town! It's totally laid back and not even the tiniest bit pretentious. Pack your bathing suit and one outfit and you'll be good for the week. This condo was GREAT! The location is wonderful - right off the Main Street of shopping, food, groceries, etc. About a 5 minute walk to the Lake which even my kids could handle. Ice cream is about 500' away to provide daily sustenance. There is a 3-4' (? shallow?) pool which is perfect for lounging. The condo was clean and new - so everything is nice. My kids had a non-stop slumber party in the room with 2 bunks. There's another room with a queen bed and the master has a king - all very roomy and nice. Can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

This condo is spacious and full of appointments that make your stay easy. We gathered from around the country, took the train in from Chicago and met our Mom from Indiana. Easy breezy, views of the lake, love the exercise facilities, wonderful family time be as active or laid back as you please. A beer at the Stray dof is the icing. We will return! The Hill family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
