The pefect family retreat awaits. This custom built 3784 sqft home has 5 bedrooms and 5 and one half baths and is designed for the perfect vacation rental.
Rich Heart of Pine Floors through out the house. Plantation Shutters, Horizontial Lap Siding add a Southern Charm to this spacious home. The pool comprises of an elevated 55 ft lap section that leads to a swimming area off the end of the house. A large deck surrounds the pool for those lazy days of Summer. An 8 person built in hot tub adjoins the pool pool area for that added Spa effect.
The first floor has 4 bedrooms with two Master Suites. Both are spacious and offer King Beds, large Master Baths with tiled floors, granite topped counters, jetted tubs and seperate walkin showers. The Bunk Room is perfect for the kids and sleeps 4 with dual bunks and private bath. Down the hall the 4th bedroom has pencil post twin beds, southern style decor and private bath. There is Separate Laundry Room with large capacity HE washer and dryer.
The Second Floor is accessed by a wide staircase that leads into the main living areas. An amazing kids retreat with builtin book cases, Large TV, Wii gaming system, Sofas and game table. This area is completely seperate from the main living space!
Open and Spacious the kitchen boasts of high end stainless Thermador/ GE appliances. 5 Burner gas cooktop, commercial refrigerator, builtin microwave, warming drawer, wall oven, icemachine, dishwasher and a true walk in pantry. Granite tops, center island, dual sinks and an elevated bar top with seating for 5.
Family dinners are easy with a large dining table that seats 10 comfortably. Overflow seating at the kitchen bar. The living area adjoins the dining room and provides a relaxing space with a large sectional sofa, extra seating and a 40 inch LCD TV above the fireplace. Three sets of double french doors open onto the screened porch. Ample seating, wide porches and ocean breezes await. For your added pleasure a Pollys Island hammock is waiting for those late afternoon naps.
The fifth bedroom is located off the playroom area and has a queen bed and private bath.
Roof top views are accessed by a spiral staircase. Views of the atlantic are found and its a great place to catch some ocean breezes.
The home has parking for 5 cars and a 4 seat golf cart is provided for all weekly rentals. Ample beach toys are supplied.
Lifetime Memories available. Pool/spa can be heated for $150-3 night stays or $300 for a week.
