Our upscale, ocean-oriented villas are conveniently located in Palmetto Dunes near the Fazio clubhouse on Carnoustie Road and now offer FREE tennis court time and high speed internet access in our villas. Only a short walk to the beach, golf courses, entertainment, general store, Shelter Cove Harbour Marina & shopping and fine dining, these villas offer the conveniences of a home with the amenities of a villa. Our 3 Centrecourt villas have a Centrecourt pool only 50 yards from our villas and have onsite tennis maintained by the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. Our Turnberry villa also has its own pool and playground.
The gracious interiors feature an open floor plan with a balconies overlooking a quiet lagoon which abounds with wildlife - 7806,7807 & 7808 Centrecourt or the Fazio Golf Course - 294 & 299 Turnberry. Watch an egret wade in the water or a heron swoop down. Many surprises await your discovery. These decorator-furnished villas are spacious, fully-equipped, and are kept in excellent condition. The Centrecourt villas have two master bedroom suites, each with two queen beds, a make-up/dressing area, full mirror over the vanity, and separate bath. The 294 Turnberry villa has a king bed in one bedroom and 2 queens in the other plus a designer kitchen with granite counters! Just added - our 299 Turnberry villa has 2 doubles in one bedroom and 2 twins in the 2nd. You'll have all the comforts of a well-appointed yet surprisingly affordable home.

We chose our Centrecourt villa because of the beautiful view of the lagoon which sparkles in the sun and attracts egrets, herons, and other wildlife. The villa offers excellent views of the lagoon since all major living areas in it do overlook it. The villa also has a light airy feel since it faces the south and also has a vaulted ceiling and bay window. And, we love the layout which is spacious and well planned. Centrecourt is both a short walk to the beach and centrally located on the island so essentially everything that we could want to do or see is close by. Each visit brings new discoveries and new adventures. Come and see for yourselves. You too will be won over by this wonderful vacation villa, the beauty of the surroundings, and the wealth of ways to explore and enjoy the island!

Our family was on the way home from a Disney World vacation when we stopped for a visit to Hilton Head Island on the recommendation of a friend. After spending several days on the island we knew that this was the place that we would want to come year after year as long as we could share the costs of ownership with others who would like to rent from us. We now are coming down not only with our children but with our grandchildren who love vacationing there as much as we do. Last summer Ava, then 6 and Nile, then 8, turned into real swimmers and would spend hours doing either frog and dolphin-like strokes and searching the ocean floor for sand dollars which they kept under water so as not to hurt them. This was truly a life-changing summer vacation. The girls went home to sign up for swim team and soon after were telling me about their flip turns and swim events. We hope that you will read the comments many of our guests have made to see how many special vacation opportunities abound and will find the magic of the island for yourselves.

My family and I stayed at your villa for our Hilton Head Beach wedding. It was very convenient to the beach for our nupitals and just for lounging around. The bike rental location was conveniently located and well liked by all of us! The tennis courts were a plus as were the swimming pools. Can't beat the location or the villa. Thank you for providing such a lovely vacation/honeymoon for my family. P.S. We had 4 adult children with us and it work perfectly!

This has been our 3rd time to rent from this owner and we could not be more pleased. The property has everything you could need for a fantastic time on Hilton Head. The location is perfect....easy walk to the ocean or the tennis courts. The rental comes with daily court time, which is a big bonus. Another bonus is being able to bring the family pet. (He is a non-shedding, small dog.) Bicycle rentals are within walking distance and the bike paths connect most places on Hilton Head - riding on the beach during low tide is great. Thank you for providing a well furnished, clean, and comfortable rental for our vacation. We look forward to returning next year!

We truly enjoyed our stay (Jan-March) at Centrecourt. The villa was clean and well maintained, and as tennis players, we thoroughly enjoyed the 2 hour court time that was included, as well as the villa's prime location near the Tennis Center. When we needed to contact the owner regarding a few concerns, she was helpful and diligent. We loved the sleeping accomodations; the beds were very comfortable and the linens luxorious. The deck overlooking the lagoon was a peaceful place to relax. I would definetly recommend this property to a friend, and we will be returning to it next January!

We just left the turnberry property and the pix don't do it justice! We were very comfortable and thanks for the tennis. My sons and I played several days! We really hope to come back again! The weather could not have been any better. This was our first trip to HH, already thinking about next year! My boys loved looking for the gators!

The villa is in a perfect location on the island; convenient to the beach, bike trails, kayaking, grocery stores, etc. It is also in a quiet, secure community surrounded by beautiful, tropical, well maintained landscaping. We had a terrific time exploring the island on our bikes on both the bike trails and hard packed beach. And our dog was in heaven running on the beach, playing with other dogs, and chasing balls. This is a perfect vacation getaway!

My Dad and I just returned from a wonderful week at Hilton Head. The condo was perfect....very clean and had everything we needed to make the time enjoyable. It was close to the beach, but sitting on the deck was also relaxing. I think we will be coming back next year!

Dear Cheryl & Herb, As usual we had a great time on the island. What a difference from last year's drought conditions! While we were told there had been lots of rain lately, the weather for our week was perfect. A little rain one afternoon but nothing that impacted our plans. As we did last year, we played golf off the island at Old carolina and Old South. They had a very attractive "package" which we were able to take advantage of. We even took our dog Topper with us. Lots of bike riding and beach time rounded out this year's activities. We tried a couple of new restaurants this time as well, Eugenes at Palmetto Bay Marina and the Lone Wolf Grill. The seafood and oysters at Eugenes were excellent as were the steaks at the Grill. At this point, our plans for a spring trip to HHI in 2004 are a bit up in the air.
