This first floor pointed unit at the Topsail Dunes overlooks the beach and the pool. It is located right next to the beach and pool access. There are no stairs to climb, a ramp leading up to the front door! Guests can enjoy watching the dolphins swim in the surf and watch the sunrise over the ocean from the entire living area (ceiling to floor glass windows in living and dining areas). The unit has tiled floor in the living and dining area. The unit has a wraparound balcony facing the ocean and a screened porch at the soundside (ideal for bikes, beach chairs and surf boards). The beach, the pool, ample parking spaces, and tennis courts are all just steps away.
Both the master and second bedrooms have queen-size beds, the third bedroom has two twin-size beds, and the living room has a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cooking utensils. There are two televisions (living and master bedrooms), a VCR, a DVD player, and some movies, books and games.
Topsail Island is known for its quieter, uncrowded white sand beaches. Within a few miles there are restaurants, amusements (Jungleland miniature golf, bumper boats, and go carts), shops, grocery, gas station, library, and post office. Any water activity you can name will be found locally. The North Shore Country Club golf course is just a few minutes away. Fishing of all imaginable types is available nearby. Sightseeing and dolphin watching cruises are available, or you can rent a boat and go cruising on your own.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this Dunes property. The location was fabulous; out the door, down the ramp and on the beach. The condo itself was very roomy and the screened in porch is a nice addition to have. The owner is easy to contact and responds quickly. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the place. It needs a deep cleaning and the bathrooms could use updating. The owner put us in contact with her cleaning lady who loaned us some kitchen items for the week which was very generous. We would rent this unit again. We truelly enjoy vacationing at Topsail.
