GREAT FAMILY VACATION HOME - This lovely Destiny EAST two story home has an oversized living area with high ceilings and spacious kitchen overlooking the backyard pool. Three bedrooms have queen beds. The master bedroom has a king bed with sitting area and a private balcony. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area which brings the total sleeping capacity to ten (10). Every bedroom has a TV/VCR/DVD player. There is an additional TV/VCR/DVD/Sound entertainment center in the living area.
HEATED POOL - You can enjoy hours of fun from your private screened in patio area overlooking the kidney shaped lighted pool in a spacious fenced in backyard sun deck area complete with patio furniture.
STREET LEGAL GOLF CART - Your rental includes a six (6) seat GOLF CART licensed and insured to drive on the the street for access to the white sandy beach and Club Destiny. CLUB DESTINY offers a variety of activities including a fitness center, lighted tennis courts, theater-media center, large swimming pool, Whirlpool hot tub, practice putting green and state of the art child safe playground.
DESTINY EAST - This private gated community offers two (2) convenient entrances. The beach side entrance provides golf cart access to the public beach and beach restaurants. The main gate enters off Highway 98 and is just minutes away from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, the NEW Destin Commons Mall, fabulous restaurants, magnificent golf courses and all of Destin's other attractions.

We were very impressed with this home!! The owner was extremely easy to work with & very kind. The house has everything you need & then some! Golf cart was great as well as the pool!! The decor was outstanding, bedding very suitable & tile was nice(you could sweep up the sand easily). We would definitely stay here again & will tell others about this property. Thanks for the great trip!!

We just returned from a fabulous family vacation in Destin. Your home was great and the kids loved being taken for rides on the golf cart and the pool. The lay out of the house was perfect for us and we loved staying there. Thanks for all of your assistance before our arrival and I hope we can come back soon!

Mary Kay, My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Your house was very confortable for us. We had plenty of room for a family of 10. 6 adults and 4 children. We loved everything. My grandboys sure enjoyed the pool, and we did too. The golfcart sure was good also and very handy going back and forth to the beach. Thank you for the privlege of staying in your house July 1-8 2006.

Wonderful place to stay! We loved it so much that we are going to try & book it again for next summer---only this time we will bring the grandparents. The house was to big for our family of five. We felt like we had so much space! We loved the golf cart & felt spoiled by that & the lovely pool which we couldn't get our kids out of. The only negative we had was that the downstairs bedroom got very warm at night. The A/C might need to be checked down there. Thanks for the great stay!!

I cannot say enough great things about the house or how wonderful the owners were to work with. The house was so clean and spacious. The golf cart was great for the beach. We had plenty of room and fun while we stayed there for my 40th!!! Eight women with plenty of room.... need I say more.... Thank you for your hospitality.

My husband's family and my friends had a wonderful time over Memorial Day weekend at this house!! It is very spacious. One word of warning to future renters is that the pool is not a private pool...not that this is a bad thing, but late night swims have to be quiet, as you are right on top of the other neighbors' homes. Many people are permanent residents there at Destiny East. The golf cart came in handy when going back & forth to the beach. Nice house, but hands down...LOVED YOUR New Orleans house better!! It ROCKS!!

WE HAD A GREAT TIME. THE HOUSE WAS SO NICE. THE HOUSE WAS VERY SPACIOUS. WE ONLY WENT DOWN FOR A WEEKEND BUT WE ARE PLANNING TO GO DOWN FOR A WEEK NEXT YEAR BECAUSE WE LIKED IT A LOT AND THE OWNERS ARE VERY NICE AND WHEN EVER I TALKED TO THEM THEY WERE ALWAYS GOING OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE WE KNEW ABOUT EVERYTHING AND THEY WERE JUST FRIENDLY....CHRYSTAL

I apologize that these comments are so late. However, we absolutely enjoyed our long weekend stay in September 2004. So much so that we booked again this year and have decided to make it a yearly trip. We had 4 couples (trip w/out kids) and had PLENTY of room. The house is perfectly set up, and nobody felt crowded at all. I can't say enough positive things about the house, the area and our entire trip. We only live less than 2 hours away and travel to the beach many times throughout the year, but we will continue to make this trip our adult vacation.

This house is beautiful and spacious. The owners are very friendly. The house was perfect for my week long vacation. All the extras are available in this house.
