Welcome to your dream vacation! Located in the heart of East Beach our “PREMIER” villa affords a serene wooded view, generous balcony and screened porch. Our guests enjoy full access to KIAWAH ISLAND GOLF RESORT AMENITIES, including enjoyment of Resort swimming pools and discounts of 25%-50% on golf, preferred tennis times, concierge service and recreational programs. The Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s complimentary on-island shuttle transportation is available from 7am – 11pm to take you to golf courses, restaurants, The Sanctuary Hotel, or wherever you wish to go on Kiawah Island. If you are looking to be close to the beach it is only a 5-minute walk away.
The villas décor is luxurious and comfortable for a relaxing beach vacation. Enjoy the spacious second floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa. There are flat screen TV’s located in every room for you and your family. As you enter the villa you will be greeted with beautiful decor. The master bedroom features a four poster king size bed. There is also a built in reading bench you will be sure to enjoy. The guest bedroom has unique bedding with a queen and a twin bed for extra sleeping arrangements. Both the master and guest bathroom have been fully renovated with beautiful granite countertops coastal cabinets and detailed tile appointments. There is a cottage table for dining with seating for four. In the living room you will be sure to enjoy the vaulted ceilings, cozy furniture along with some of the finest décor purchased from local stores on Kiawah. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking essentials you could imagine. It affords beautiful granite countertops, updated cabinets and upgraded appliances. There is a large screened porch with luxurious patio furniture and a balcony to relax on.
You will also enjoy the full size washer/dryer and high speed Internet in the villa. This villa is NOT pet friendly and it is NO SMOKING property.
