LAKE POINTE Condominiums at Spring Lake – 2BD/2BA Located on the 2nd floor, this beautifully decorated, fully furnished and well equipped condo has everything you’ll need for a fun filled getaway! The modern, open layout in this unit make it perfect for entertaining friends and family. There is a large balcony with two sets of sliding doors with plenty of room to relax. The full kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom maple cabinets.
Barretts Marina (616) 842-1202, which offers a great family atmosphere, heated swimming pool, gas grills, and boat slip rentals, is right outside your door! Lake Pointe Condominiums also have a bike path to take you around Spring Lake or downtown Grand Haven.
Old Boys Brewhouse is also steps away from the condo! It has an outdoor deck, fantastic food, and is on the water with views of Spring Lake. What a great way to end the day!

The condo is very nice , clean ,spacious and convenient to Grand Haven , shopping and restaurants . Enjoyed out stay ..Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.
