  We rented the condo to celebrate a 60th birthday. There were 8 of us (brothers, sisters and spouses) and we had been planning for over a year. After reading many places to rent, we decided on Susan's property. We have rented other properties in the past, but this property was the best we have ever had. We were not disappointed, the pictures are and exact representation of what the house is like. The house is very well maintained, and everything we could possibly need was available to us. Susan phoned us on our arrival to make sure everything was as expected, and visited us a couple of days into our stay to make sure everything was ok, or if there was anything we needed. We cannot compliment Susan enough the house and the furnishings are beautiful, very clean, well kept and updated. We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the view of the ocean. We spent the mornings on the deck overlooking the ocean, drinking coffee and watching the dolphins, the daytime on the beach soaking up the sun and playing in the ocean - the beach is fabulous - and the evenings at the local restaurants for the best seafood. In the evenings a walk on the beach, was a perfect finish to the day. Quigley's Pint and Plate and the Island Cafe in Pawleys Island and the Dead Dog Saloon in Murrells Inlet were our favourite places for dinner and entertainment. The complex is very nice, well kept and very clean. We visited the pool in the afternoons to wash some of the salt off after spending the day in the ocean. Thanks Susan for sharing your piece of paradise with us and making our family trip and birthday celebration amazing. We will be back!

  This unit is exceptional and the owners are extraordinarily conscientious. When we arrived, we met the owners who were at the unit making sure everything was clean and ready for our stay. They left us a lovely note with fresh baked bread from a local bakery! We had plenty of room, the house was stocked like home, and the Inlet Point community is refreshingly quiet and low key. Would definately come again! Having local landlords was so nice - we didn't need anything but knew if we did - they would respond right away!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  We stayed in this home over Thanksgiving with our extended family. There was plenty of space to spread out and for different activities to go on simultaneously. The house was even better than we expected, it was immaculate and had everything we could have needed, from a well equipped kitchen to sand toys! The beach is literally steps from the back door and we loved being able to go back and forth without hauling beach gear over a long walk. This house earns every bit of a five star rating and we hope to be back very soon!

  My family and I recently stayed here and I have to say that I could not have been more pleased. As another renter said, it looks exactly like the photos - well really, it looks better. Down to the details of the seashell lined fireplace, the soap and shampoo sets in the bathroom, the beautiful decorations and impeccable cleanliness - these owners know what they are doing :) You have everything you need - a grill downstairs, plenty of chairs for the beach, a fully (over!) stocked kitchen, 4 full bathrooms, and a beautiful ocean view. The beach is steps away, and if you've ever stayed in Myrtle Beach you will be happy to know that Pawleys Island is a world away... It's peaceful, and you can enjoy the beach with your loved ones and not feel crowded at all. There are two pools (a hit with the kids) and a hot tub, and we went down and watched all of the fishermen and crabbers catching things at the dock. The owners were very helpful, and we really could not have been happier. Susan - you will definitely be hearing from me again! Thanks so much :)

  Susan, Your townhouse restored my faith in VRBO. So many times the pictures are just that and don't even resemble the actual house. Everything was perfectly described and more than met my expectations. The minute we walked in, we all said WOW. SPOTLESS is a good word for the cleanliness. Decorated to the tee and that view was awesome. I am the chief cook and bottle washer and I loved the kitchen with the granite counter tops and tons of work space. The Wolfgang Puck cookware was an added treasure. You even furnished aprons...how thoughtful is that? (not to speak of that well stocked spice drawer) What can I say about the beds? Plush, elegant bedding, comfortable. All the adjectives you could use to describe topnotch. Now on to the view... We got to witness Mother Nature in her fury with the late tropical depression Sat, Sun and Mon and then see her at her finest the rest of the week. The views of the ocean are wonderful and being close enough to enjoy the sounds of the surf put us all to sleep after a day of fun. Would I reccommend this house to a friend? Only if they promise not to infringe on my next visit!! You will be hearing from us again and soon. Rick & Vick Ellis

  What a wonderful place! We have stayed all along the coast of SC,and i must say this unit was outstanding!!-clean,wonderful beds,we did not lack for anything Everything about this unit excceded our expectation!!! accurate description by owner,great info upon arrival,great restaurants,shopping,shows and fishing!!!!-we hope to return soon !!
