  Nous avons loué cet appartement pendant une semaine pour quatre personnes. Tout était parfait. Nous avons été accueillis par Louis qui était super sympas et très disponible. L'appartement est magnifique la vue est splendide nous avons même vue des dauphins depuis le balcon. Juste inoubliable ! Tout le nécessaire été dans l'appartement et tout été propre. La piscine est géniale jamais trop de monde et cerise sur le gâteau le Jacuzzi ouvert toute la nuit. Tout été genia? ... everything was perfect !!!

  We stayed for three months at the apartment. The view from the living room is fantastic, lots happening. It was amazing to lean over the balcony and see manatee, dolphins and even a turtle swim by. We got blaze about it in the end!! The apartment was clean and tidy. The washer and dryer were useful. Faustino was very helpful when we had a couple of questions. The complex is nice, the pool warm and clean. The pool area was very quiet, we met some regular swimmers but the area was never busy or noisey. The gym was fine, the view across the bay. We didn't try the restaurant on the ground floor, but it was always busy. Mary Brickell Village is about 10 minutes away, but it is a pleasant walk. There are loads of excellent restaurants and bars there. There are also two Publix supermarkets within walking distance. The small shop in the complex was convenient, but quite expensive. Transport in the area is excellent, the free MetroMover and the free trolley bus. In addition, the MetroBus and MetroRail are $2 per journey. To sum up, I don't think you will find a better view in Brickell to go with the great apartment.

  This is the second time my family and I have stayed in this Miami condo and our experience this time was every bit as wonderful as the first time. Beautiful condo, very well presented with everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay. The views are unbeatable, and we really enjoy the area which is about a 15 minute drive from both South Beach and a beautiful State Park and natural beach area, and within walking distance of grocery store, restaurants, bars etc in the Mary Brickell Village area. Our thanks to Faustino and his team for another memorable holiday

  Excellent location. Beautiful view on the Bay. Very confortable and well furnished. We enjoyed pool area every morning. We recomend it for families and couples.

  Spent a week at this property with my wife and 3 adult children. The condo is absolutely beautiful! It was clean, well-maintained, tastefully decorated and the views are stunning. The unit was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The location is nice, within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping, and a short drive to beaches. Highly recommended!

  My wife and I and another couple stayed at the condo for 5 nights and we couldn't have been happier! The place was immaculate and the views were as described. The condominium complex was very nice with a small market, pool and fitness center (which we didn't use), as well as a very nice restaurant right outside the front entrance. There are a tremendous number of things to do within an easy walk and if you want to drive, it's also very close to South Beach and Key Biscayne. We recommend the restaurants and night clubs at Mary Brickell Village, which is only about a 5 minute walk away. The owner was very helpful and responsive and we would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Miami.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Apartamento muy cómodo, bien ubicado y bien equipado. Faustino y su gente nos trataron muy bien en lo especial por nuestra llegada. El avión se demoró y nos esperaron hasta tarde para darnos la bienvenida. Seguro consideraremos este apartamento para una nueva permanencia en Miami.

  Outstanding location in the heart of the financial district. Short drive to South Beach, Key Biscayne, or for a short walk to many fine restaurants for dinner. Great view from the 31st floor! Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in the Miami area looking for a tremendous value and location... Would definitely stay here again, hopefully soon. Faustino was a great host and his rental unit is first rate!

  My family and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. The pictures in the review are actually what you see. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. The location in Brickell cannot be beat, just a 5 - 10 minute walk from Mary Brickell Village, MetroMover and MetroRail. The owners prompt response was greatly appreciated. We would LOVE to stay here again in the future when we return back to Miami!

  I've spent 1 week at this apartment with my wife and her parents and we all agreed in one thing: we couldn't have a better place to spend a holiday week. We are from Brazil and used to very open and clean spaces - things that we still can afford in our country. The apartment is perfect: perfect location, perfect balcony view at its 33o floor headed to the sea, perfect linen, bed, everything. All new like the best hotels we've stayed around the world, with the advantage that you can buy your preferred breakfast itens and enjoy a space together within family. I recommend this apartment 100% for everyone - have told my friends already that this is the place to stay while in Miami. We all had a great time and the only concern is to have this apartment available next time we decide to go to Miami.

  Three weeks here was very enjoyable. Everything was top notch and the view was unbeatable. Friendly staff and great amenities in the building (pool, gym, convenience store). The owner event sent a cleaning service at no extra charge halfway through our stay. On my next trip to Miami, I'm hoping that this place will be available. No complaints at all.

  FROM THE MOMENT WE ARRIVED AND STEPPED OUT TO THE BALCONY, MY GIRLFRIEND'S EYES TEARED-UP AT THE UNBELIEVABLE VIEW. THE PICTURES DO NOT DO JUSTICE. LOOKING DOWN AT THE BAY, WE SAW MANATEE, STINGRAY, AND EVEN A SANDSHARK. IT WAS INCREDIBLE...AND IF THAT WASN'T COOL ENOUGH, WHEN THE SUN WENT DOWN, THE CITY LIGHTS WERE LIKE FIREWORKS. LIGHTS WERE COMING FROM EVERY BUILDING. THE BALCONY WRAPS AROUND TO SEE THE WHOLE CITY SCAPE. THE MODERN AMENITIES INSIDE WERE A PLEASURE, BIG FLAT SCREEN GOOGLE TV AND BRAND NEW APPLIANCES. BE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE RESTAURANT LOCATED RIGHT IN THE BUILDING, VERY CLASSY AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. VERY SAFE AREA. BE SURE TO USE THE FREE GOLFCART SHUTTLE CAB; (WORKS FOR TIPS ONLY). MANY RESTAURANTS AND BARS A FEW BLOCKS AWAY, INCLUDING MIAMI'S OLDEST BAR, TOBACCO ROAD! FOR CHEAP EATS & DRINKS WITH A PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE, VISIT THE PARROTT BAR & GRILL JUST TWO BUILDINGS AWAY. HAVE FUN AT SOUTH BEACH FOR A $20 CAB RIDE, BEST STOP IS AT MANGO'S.....GREAT ENTERTAINMENT! THANKS, FAUSTINO, FOR LETTING US SHARE IN YOUR PIECE OF PARADISE! CAN'T WAIT TO VISIT AGAIN.

  My husband and I have just returned from nine days in this wonderful condo with our two children. The apartment has just been refurbished and is both immaculate in presentation and very stylish. There is a great open plan contemporary living area and kitchen (with high-end, quality appliances), and the views from this area of the Miami bay are just stunning with large, ceiling to floor, sliding glass panels onto the wrap around balcony. In addition, there are two bedrooms each with its own bathroom and plenty of built-in storage for luggage, clothing etc, and comfortable, spacious beds. We loved the location. Easy access to everywhere. About a 5-10 minute walk to the Mary Brickell Village with its restaurants, shops and bars, and then 15 minutes by car (depending on traffic) to both the bustling South Beach area and, in the other direction, the natural beaches and parks of Key Biscayne. The condo had its own private car parking space in the building for our rental car which was really handy. There was also a well-equipped gym in the building. The owner and his team could not have been more friendly and helpful. They were a pleasure to deal with and we will certainly be returning. Thank you, Faustino.

  I have stayed in this property several times, besides the location it has one of the best views of Key Biscayne Miami port and Fisher Island. The building is walking distance from lots of Restaurants, coffee shops bar lounges and retail. There are several options for take out ( with delivery available) and the building has it own convenience store as well. If I could I would go there every month!
