I called and emailed before leaving Atlanta and received the reply that "Unit is vacant, welcome." I called as soon as we got off the phone and instead of giving the address to the property, we were told to meet him at the Brandsmart off of the highway. The place was filthy! Layers of mildrew, and debris on the floor, Nasty, dirty linen and the bed was on cinder blocks! The back patio door was open when we walked in and any number of bugs were probably relocating at the moment. We were so surprised that anyone would have the audacity to rent a place like this and we had doubts that he was the owner. This was at a gated senior community where he said he had to call him to get gate entry - needless to say, we made our excuses (instead of calling the police) and leftDid you find this review helpful?
