Enjoy this newly remodeled and tastefully furnished condo. Located poolside with tennis court. Enjoy the 2 outdoor covered patios next to the waterfall, stream and small pond. Very open and light condo with almost all glass across the entire back of the condo.
Great St. George location close to shopping including the Zion Factory Outlet stores and restaurants which are just up the road. Downtown St. George and the college are just minutes away. 1/2 mile from the condo to miles of the paved Virgin River biking and walking trails.
A short drive away is Snow Canyon State Park and the Tuacahn amphitheater with nightly plays and concerts. Condo complex is a pitching wedge from the entrance of the St. George Golf Club for 18 holes of golf or try any of the dozen or so golf courses in the Greater St. George area.
Just 45 minutes to Zion Nat'l Park. 15 -20 minutes to boating and fishing at 2 different reservoirs. 90 minutes to Las Vegas.

Our stay here was very comfortable for four adults. Everything we needed was there and the condo was spotless. Wi-fi is super-fast, beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, washer-dryer work well, comfortable living room seating and it's in a very quiet and convenient location. The owner makes arriving and departing easy. Simply a great place to stay! We'll stay here again next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Good location. Paul was great to deal with. Sand Hollow Golf Course, Zion & Bryce were amazing. Snow Canyon was impressive. Had Valentines dinner at Painted Pony. The condo was as described on VRBO.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

We stayed here one week during the Senior Games. My husband played softball and the location was excellent for getting to all the parks he played in. We had access to the wonderful bike trails that we rode every day along the Virgin River. The condo was quiet, roomy, well taken care of. Slept well every night. Paul was very helpful when needed. We would highly recommend staying here.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

My mother and I have the opportunity of watching my son and her grandson run the St. George Marathon, as this is the most busy time to get a hotel room or condo I was very worried. I had sent Paul Herbert a message and by luck he had a cancellation and we were able to book the condo for the weekend. We were very pleased at the appearance and cleanliness of the condo. It was locked across from the pool and a beautiful rock fountain and waterfall bordered the condo. It was so nice to sit out in the morning and enjoy the beautiful landscape and listen to the water. The property was VERY quiet and restful!!! We would love to stay there again. Thanks Paul for being for accommodating and helpful!! Thank you for renting your condo to us. We really enjoyed staying there and being right next to a golf course. We also liked the closeness to the miles of bike/walking paths.
