A two bedroom comfortable quality Villa apartment, accommodating up to six persons, with a large south facing terrace, panoramic view over the Riviera and the Mediterranean sea, swimming pool, in a quiet small up market Provencal style private residential compound within 10 minutes walk from the center of the picturesque and art prehistorically important Village of Vence (12.000 inhabitants) with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops, only 10 minutes from Nice air port and the beaches as well as 20 minutes to Cannes or Nice.
This 115 square meter villa apartment with panoramic bay windows, consist of, two separate bed rooms with double beds, (one with en suite bathroom) living room, an extension to the living room with a bed sofa for two, a separate toilet and shower, fully equipped kitchen, private entrance with large patio and parking for two cars.
The private residential compound consists of nine privately owned villa apartments, with a dominant south and south west orientated position, surrounded by a 15.000 square meter Mediterranean garden. The elevated pool area offers a fantastic panoramic view, and has a large sun deck, a large pool with separate Jacuzzi bubble bath and shower.
Terms and Conditions: A minimum rental period of seven days from Saturday to Saturday is required. Arrival after four PM and departure before 10AM. On reservation a non refundable 20% deposit is required. An additional 30% is due 60 days prior to arrival and the balance 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival will result in loss of your 50% deposits pre paid. Cancellation 30 day or less prior to arrival will result in 100% loss of your deposits pre paid.
Rental payment is done by international swift Bank transfer account to account. Credit card payment is not possibel due to US credit card payment system ( not available for Non US residents through this web site)
The villa apartment is fully furnished and equipped for four (plus two) persons. Bed linen and towels, normal use of water and electricity are included in the rate.
We recomend that you have a travel accident and damage insurance covering your stay. The owner assumes no responsibility. A security deposit of euros 300 will be required on arrival, and it will be returned to you on departure provided no damage has been done to the villa apartment.
The common swimming pool is open from May 01-October 01pending season. No telephone lines-Bring your portable.
Surcharges: A surcharge of euros 150/rental, for the change over cleaning when you depart is due in advance.
During the period October 15 and April 30 a weekly surcharge of euros 105/week (2009 eur 115/week) is required for electricity and heating.
