Timberfalls condo description
Lots of charm, comfort, and sunshine in our beautiful alpine condo. We’ve owned it for five years and have decorated it as our home, with an updated kitchen and bathrooms, and great mattresses for sleeping well. Two stories and vaulted ceilings provide privacy and coziness in 1,260 square feet.
Windows look out to the beauty of our Colorado mountains, the White River National Forest, and an open wildflower-or-snow-filled meadow.
We love to entertain, so the kitchen is well-equipped. The dining-room table seats 6-8 with the leaf extension. In the summer, the balcony is for outdoor dining, with a grill usable all year ‘round.
Relax after your day’s outings in the comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, 42-inch flat screen TV with DVD player, Bose stereo, and family games.
All three bedrooms feature queen-size beds with pillow-top mattresses and feather-down duvets. With one master suite on each floor, each with a balcony, our condo provides great privacy. The third bedroom, upstairs, is small and cozy. The two bathrooms (one on each floor) are updated with marble floors and showers and all new fixtures.
We’re conveniently located steps from the free Town of Vail bus, which runs every 15 minutes in the winter; it's ten minutes to Vail Village. In the summer, there’s also a gorgeous bike path.
Winter activities in Vail include downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice-skating, indoor swimming, and three-story water slides at the Avon Recreation Center. The Vail Racquet Club is just steps away with an excellent spa, pool, and exercise facility, available for a daily fee of $10/adult and $5/child.
Summer activities include our own outdoor pool by the river and two tennis courts, with first-class hiking, biking, golf, fishing, rafting, and horseback riding nearby. Our famous world-class music and dance festivals at the Gerald Ford Amphitheater and Vilar Pavilion provide weeks of summer entertainment.
Vail has fine dining in all seasons and great shopping. Movie theaters and a bowling alley were added this year in Vail Village.

Comfy Vail family condo
Comfy Vail family condo
We've stayed at this condo several times while on ski trips and have always found it to be clean, cozy and super convenient to the slopes. It has everything a family could need during a week of skiing. Can't wait to try it in the summer!

Excellant Vacation spot
Excellant Vacation spot
Our family of 4 has stayed at the Dobbs' condo four times over the last five years. The place has great space, its very well kept up, and the Dobbs are very easy to work with. Although the complex does not have its own pool and hotubs, the condos across the street do, and they have always let us use there facilities for a modest cost. Its also nice not to have to pay the $25 per day to park in Vail as the bus stop is 2 minutes from the condo. Overall, a great vacation spot!

Manager response: Thank you. Just one addition - While we don't have a hot tub or heated pool, we do have a great pool and 2 tennis courts available in the summer.
Luxury and convenience!
Luxury and convenience!
We stayed here last March. The owners are wonderful people and delightful to work with. The photos and descriptions are exactly as we found everything. The decor is cheerful, tasteful and of top quality. Anything we needed to enjoy our stay was there. The free and convenient bus into town is only about a block away! Since we were on one of the first stops, we were always assured a seat. We used the bus as a quick and convenient way to the ski slopes and a way to enjoy the village (and a few drinks) and have a safe ride home. Vail has it all!! A perfect vacation!!

About: We have lived in Colorado for 27 years, and have skied and hiked all over the state. When it came time to pick a place for a condo, we only considered Vail. We chose East Vail for its small village feeling. This condo is our home away from home.
