Our 3 level luxury chalet is unlike no other vacation home in Big White. The amazing design, modern decor and fantastic location combines to bring a luxurious setting for your next holiday.

Layout:
Entry level has the secure, attached garage with parking for 1 vehicle and ski storage. The Bunk room with one single over single bunk bed and one single over double, along with a full sized bathroom.
Second level is the sleeping area. The spacious Master bedroom with Fireplace, TV and 3 piece ensuite. Access to the hot tub on the deck. The 2 Bunk rooms each have a single over double bunk bed and access to the main, large bathroom with full sized bathtub and shower. The laundry facilities are also on this floor.
Top level offers 800 square feet of the living area. Open space concept with the kitchen centered between the living room and dining room. The dining area is at the rear with views of the ski run. Powder room is adjacent. The kitchen area is in the center of this floor. The living room is located in the front with views to the south.
Location:
We are situated in a perfect location for access to ALL resort amenities. Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube runs and x-country ski trails. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the village centre, lifts, restaurants & shopping and Kids Centre. Ski in at day's end over the Skiers Bridge right to the door.

My family had a wonderful vacation at The Edge. We had been to Big White on four prior occasions and so we were pretty familiar with the different areas and properties. This was our first time staying at The Edge. We stayed here this time for a number of reasons: 1) we liked how large it was; 2) it had lots of beds; 3) it had a private hot tub; 4) easy access to the ski trail; 5) close to the village center (via the Gondola); 6) close to Happy Valley; and 7) it looks great! The pictures accurately showed the chalet and we found that it had plenty of room for the eight of us. The chalet is only a few years old and still looks brand new. The hot tub was great and nearly every one used it after each day of being on the slopes. Getting to and from the ski trail was easy. It was a short two-three minute walk from the door of the chalet to the trail to ski-out. And on the return you could ski to within a few feet of the door. When we wanted to go to the village we walked down the lighted ski trail to the base of the Gondola and then rode it up to the top. It was about a 7-8 minute walk to the base of the Gondola. Walking back was fine too - we rode the Gondola to the bottom and then walked up the trail. The trail is not very steep so it was fine.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.
