Thank you for looking at our condo! Habour Pointe is a condominium that was built in 2006 with quality and ammenities that few other condos have. The complex is located on the west side of Pensacola on Gulf Beach Hwy near the rear entrance of the Navy Base, and only a couple of miles to Perdido Key Beaches. It is placed on Big Lagoon directly across from Johnson Beach and only minutes to the Penscola Pass by boat.
Our unit is conveniently located on the 1st floor. There is direct access from the front of the building so you do not have to go through lobby or get on an elevator. Also from the balcony on waterfront side, there is a gate so you have direct access to pool, hot tub, and beach area.
This property has a long pier for docking boats, perfect for fishing off of with plenty of fish to be caught! Dolphins can be seen from this dock swimming and playing. You may even catch a glimpe of the Blue Angels as they practice. There is the Navy Museum located at the base that is perfect for a family outing. If you love nature, Big Lagoon state park is just a couple miles away. For those that like to stay fit, there is a state of the art workout facility at the complex. There is plenty to do here and something for everyone!
We recently added in unit Wi-FI and a Wii with a couple of games.
Condo is beautifully decorated with all new furnishings. We ask that you treat this unit as if it were your own and please be considerate and respectful of the property.

We had the best trip to Perdido Key. This was our first time going and we had a blast. The condo was beautiful and very nicely decorated. The beach area was perfect! We were the only people out there which made keeping an eye on all the kids easy. We were able to relax instead of constantly making sure they were all close by. We saw Dolphins pretty much every morning. The location was perfect. Close enough to everything but far enough away from all the noise. I have already recommended people I know to come here and try it out! The owners were so nice and easy to work with. I love it and hope to make it a yearly trip.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The Condo was wonderful. Very spacious and relaxing. The fact that it was on the first floor and did not require elevator access was perfect. Plenty of parking and close to the beaches and town. The pool area and gym were very clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully furnished condo. The view was amazing. I love seeing the view while I was cooking and as I woke up. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. The condo felt very family oriented and cozy. It had everything we needed and comfortable just like home. The owners are very friendly and caring and are willing to answer questions and truly wanted us to enjoy ourselves, which we did! We will definitely be back to this condo. Better than pictures can show. The kids also enjoyed the kids park. And the teenagers love the naval museum. It was also close enough to orange beach and plenty of restaurantsRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family had a wonderful and restful time at this unit for Spring Break. This was our first trip since my husband's brain tumor surgery, and I searched for a unit that would have enough space and be easy access to the pool and patio areas. This unit was perfect. The walkway into the unit from the parking lot made it a cinch to get into the unit. Once in, the layout was great. We all really enjoyed the recliner couches overlooking the beautiful water. We normally stay on the big beach side, but this view was fun. We were able to watch the barges and sailboats as well as watching dolphins up closer than ever. We hope to come back to this unit soon.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family stayed here for 2.5 weeks while my husband had training at NAS Pensacola. The location was ideal and the views and sunsets were amazing. We loved having the beach right there an loved how it wasn't busy. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub also. The owner was great to work with and bent over backwards to get us the receipts we needed for reimbursement. The inside of the rental was great, beautifully furnished, and I agree that the pictures don't do it justice. We had a really good time in Pensacola. At first I was not happy with the beach. I thought (from the pictures) that we were going to be on a big beach. You know, the kind with many hi-rise condos, a big beach, and lots of waves. We look outside the livingroom door to see a huge pier. Then we look down the beach and there are piers everywhere and hardly any sand for a beach. But after exploring for a little while I was so glad to have the environment we were in. We saw so much wildlife and the clam waters (due to the island that was blocking big waves)were perfect for our 2yr old. The "big beach" was just 5 minutes down the road. We went to a public beach for about an hour but we had to leave b/c the waves were too much for our daughter. The pier was awesome for fishing. We caught over 40 white trout (very good eating!). The condo was roomy and nice but NOT clean. The cleaning service had not been doing a good job. I contacted Darrell, the owner, and let him know about the condition of the condo. Hopefully he was able to communicate with the cleaning service and get the issue resolved. Had the place been clean the stay would have been absolutely perfect.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great property. Convenient to NAS, shopping, sightseeing, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Pensacola. The condo was extremely clean and beautifully furnished. I loved the recliner sofas and the water front view. The owner was super nice!!!! Definitely want to go back and will recommend this condo to my friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

quiet private location, nice view, close to water ,walk out to pool. we brought our sea doo was able to beach it right outside of unit. Condo also has a small private beach on Big Lagoon private fishing pier, my son caught a 2 ft sea trout. We will rent this condo from owners again! Battleship Alabama 1 hr away, Pensacola Naval air museum 5 mins away.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The property was just as described in owner's advertisement. Condo was beautiful and very clean. Condo location made going to pool and outside extremely easy as no elevators, etc. were necessary. I was able to contact owner via text and get a prompt response to my questions. We would definitely stay at this condo again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

REAL ESTATE LEASE This Lease Agreement is made effective once agreed to on VRBO.com listing 374197 PREMISES. Landlord, in consideration of the lease payments provided in this Lease, leases to Tenant at Harbour Pointe Condominium, 2 Bedrooms, I Bunkroom, with 2 Baths - (the "Premises") located at 154 Ethel Wingate Drive, Unit 109, Pensacola, FL. TERM. The lease term will begin and end on dates outlined in agreement. Check in time is 3:00 pm, and checkout time is 10:00 am. SECURITY DEPOSIT. 30 days prior to arrival, Tenant shall pay to Landlord, in trust, a security deposit of $200.00 to be held for Premises (if any) as provided by law. Security payment will be returned upon satisfactory inspection. DEPOSIT. At the time of agreeing to this Lease, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a deposit of $200.00 to be held for Premises (if any) as provided by law. This payment will confmn reservation for requested dates. Remaining balance is due 30 days before lease begins. POSSESSION. Tenant shall be entitled to possession on the ftrst day of the term of this Lease, and shall yield possession to Landlord on the last day of the term of this Lease, unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing. Tenant shall be charged $29.00 for each check that is returned to LandlorJ for lack of sufftcient funds. MAINTE ANCE. Landlord shall have the responsibility to maintain the Premises in good repair at all times. 10f4 OA GEROUS MATERIALS. Tenant shall not keep or have on the Premises any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might substantially increase the danger of fire on the Premises, or that might be considered hazardous by a responsible insurance company, unless the prior written consent of Landlord is obtained and proof of adequate insurance protection is provided by Tenant to Landlord. About the owner: We are a very bless family with 3 children. A 5, 3, and a new born girls. We love to travel and be on the water. Pensacola was home for a few years and we loved it. We currently live in Tennessee but wanted to get this condo so our girls can grow up and have wonderful memories there as well.

We love Pensacola! That is where we met and fell in love. We have some of the best memories there. We had to move for work and really missed the location and the surroundings, so we bought a little piece of Florida so we could take our girls and family.
