Be surrounded by peace and tranquility and enjoy a little piece of heaven as you enter the property nestled on 7 wooded acres in Saluda on top of Mt. Vista. You will feel as though you may be in the Italian countryside with the tan stucco, French tile roof, and granite stone walls of the main house built in 1897. We have many outdoor entertaining areas, a circular fire pit for roasting hot dogs & marshmallows, and a covered stone tea house overlooking our blueberry orchard, with an outdoor wood oven for baking pizza & bread.
Stone Hedge cottage was build of granite stone in the early 1900's. It has been fully renovated to include a travertine tiled bath with walk-in shower and full kitchen. A great retreat for a romantic getaway for 2!

What a wonderful getaway. The stone cottage is a very unique.place to stay. Sleeping inside of the stone walls of the cottage gives you the feeling of really being a part history..You could not ask for any more gracious host than Susan. We plan to go back again this year. Cant wait.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.
