  I rented the house for my family who was visiting Oxford for the weekend. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very well kept. It allowed for everyone to stay in one house together without feeling crammed. The rooms and bathrooms were huge. The pictures do not do this house justice. It was much more grand and inviting than we imagined it to be. I hope to rent this house anytime that we have visitors to Oxford. Great experience!

  Great four bedroom condo. Lots of room and well furnished. Very new and immaculately clean. Close to campus. Owner provides detailed instructions and information on all aspects of the condo and its systems. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

  My family recently stayed in the beautiful, well appointed home for the week of our daughters wedding in Oxford. It was the perfect home away from home. We had more than enough room and were all very comfortable. Everyone who came to the house commented on how nice it was. The couple who own the house were more than accommodating and helpful and prompt to respond to emails. I will most definitely stay in this home as well as recommend it to friends.

  One of (2) places we rented in Oxford for the Texas A&M Football game weekend. The pics on VRBO don't do it justice. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Very spacious...great floorplan. Bedrooms were huge and 1st level has awesome living area for a large group like ours. Location was perfect as well...quiet neighbood of similar townhomes but also very close to campus...we walked to the Grove on gameday. Owner was extremly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and provided detailed instructions on everything from the alarm system and stereo to how to operate the coffee maker. Would love to rent again the next time the Aggies head to Ole Miss!

  We had a wonderful weekend in Oxford visiting my daughter in college. My sister and husband and two children met us there for this family reunion. The townhome was pristine (very important when you have little children). We were pleasantly surprised with a gourmet kitchen (Top Chef style appliances) and a very comfortable living room, including recliner! The bedrooms were all gracious in size and each one had a bathroom. Detailed (and I mean, detailed) instructions on how to use all appliances, openers, remotes, blow up mattresses, etc, were included (even pictures) and these were very helpful. Nothing worse than getting somewhere and not knowing how to use the tv remote, or, God forbid, the coffee maker :) The owner was very quick with email replies to my questions. We will definitely stay again.

  We had a great time at this townhome. It felt like home from the time we arrived and it is nicely decorated with quality finishes. The proximity to campus and the Square is great. There is ample room for everyone and the bedrooms are spaced out so that everyone has plenty of privacy. The open layout is great for use of the dining, living and kitchen areas. We will return!
