Welcome to the Hummingbird at the base of Beaver Creek Mtn in Avon,CO. Our large townhome is a 5 min walk to the new Gondola so leave the car in our heated garage. No car is needed but we have private parking for 3 cars.
DONT SKI? Walk around nearby Nottingham lake, visit the local shops or work out at the Rec Center. All within a 5 minutes walk.
Apres' ski : Ease into the sunken living room with its wet bar ; 2 story moss rock fireplace and enjoy the wide screen TV!
Dining out tonight? Easy walk to clubs and restaurants
Dining in tonight? Enjoy our full kitchen with its Jennair, granite counters and dining for 8.
Bad weather? Sit in the sunken living room with its massive two story moss rock fireplace, wet bar and large scree TV or walk to the local pubs & restaurants. Fire wood is provided.

Kids bring your swim trucks... a Rec center with 2 full size pools water slde and hot tubs are waiting. Again 5 minutes away.

We, two Couples with 3 kids had a really great getaway here. Our first stay in private lodging and we were pleasantly surprised and impressed. Like having our own getaway home for a beautiful ski week in the mountains. Everything you need is furnished, including the wood for the fireplace, what a treat.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

About the owner: My Father was a builder and built The Hummingbird to the highest specs in the Valley. Today we use the place on special occasions with our 5 adopted Russian kids. Beaver Creek is their favorite place. We take great pride in The Hummingbird and always keep it in first class condition.
