This private ocean view family compound on five acres, features a huge indoor-pool and five bedroom main house with a separate guest house; ideal for family reunions and weddings. These two separate residences can accomdate up to 19+ guests. Two private beaches are only minutes away (Lucy Vincent Beach, Squibnocket Beach)
This sprawling, non-smoking main house has a gourmet kitchen with a commercial gas range and granite center-island, dining room, and cathedral wood ceiling living room with fireplace that opens to the deck, all of which overlook the ocean. There is a king master bedroom suite with a private bathroom and Jacuzzi in addition to four other bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are 2 outdoor showers and one with a great view ! The home can sleep 13 plus.
The pool entertainment room has a vaulted wood ceiling with skylights and opens up to a second spacious deck. The heated pool is 20 feet by 40 feet, encompassed by an entertainment area with "surround sound".
The new guest house is totally private from the main house. A total of 21 guests may be accommodated by both homes.
Restaurants, shopping, tennis and Menemsha Village are only five minutes away.
