  The corner unit is ideal for watching the sunset and to be able to keep an eye on your teenager swimming in the pool. The kitchen is well stocked and we did leave a clock in the master for those who want to keep up w time while on vacation, although, it is best to not do this! We would stay in the unit again as long as they are not building the sand wall as this was the case the entire week, impressed the work 24 hours 7 days a week! All and all we truly loved Marco Island, the kindness of the locals and the beautiful area! We do recommend trying Joey's Pizza, yum! The jet ski is a must as is the parasailing!! Thank you for having us as a guest in your home.

  This condo was terrific! We had a family of four with two teenagers and the condo suited us all! There was a full kitchen for cooking all of our meals along with a dishwasher, tv's in each of the bedrooms, plus in the living room, two full bathrooms (needed with teenagers!) and plenty of room for all of us to be very comfortable. And just steps out the door is the pool, hot tub, and beach where we spent the majority of our time. There was also another small room outside of the condo near the elevators for each unit that contained beach chairs, toys, etc. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots & pans and bakeware for all of our needs. Depending on who stayed at the condo before you, will depend on if you have to buy essentials such as toilet paper, paper towells, soap, etc. In our case, there was one toilet paper roll in each bathroom, so we had to provide more and left the excess for the next guests; there was plenty of dish soap already, but we purchased laundry soap, etc. We watched dolphins playing from our lanai and there were plenty of optional fun items to rent on the beach - such as jet skis, parasailing, boats, etc. This was the perfect condo and we would love to stay here again!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The pictures are all representative of how we found it, and we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious kitchen/family room area. Everything was clean and well- maintained. The sunsets are not to be missed and the balcony is the perfect viewing spot. The only suggestion for future renters would be to not plan to sleep on the mattress of the sleep sofa, it is the older type where you feel every coil. The other beds were quite comfortable and the linens were all fresh and new. The updates in the kitchen and bath were very nice and made the condo feel even more comfortable. The rental arrangements were easy and pleasant and I asked many questions before firming up our rental. The key pickup is at a convenient location as you come onto the island. The location on S. Collier was ideal, very nice beach with easy accessibility, convenient drive to grocery store and to local restaurants, and a nice atmosphere around the well-kept complex and on the beach. We will look forward to visiting again!

  for the money it was great. The unit had everything we needed. We really liked the corner unit with no screen. The view and sun was great. I would have liked a bigger pool. The hot tub was very nice. It had beach chairs and towels. A note to owner: the vertical blinds need attention. We were satisfied and had a very nice time.

  Although Hurricane Sandy's winds tried to put a damper on our vacation, we had a wonderful time at Marco Island and were very pleased with the condo Our most favorite moments were sitting out on the patio and watching the sun set. The condo had everything you could need and was very comfortable. The only criticism we have is the beach chairs were not sand chairs and we didn't find that the ones provided were very comfortable. But my husband bought a $10. one at the Publix which served its purpose for the week! We would definitely rent this condo again and plan to make Marco Island our new vacation destination!

  My wife and I had the pleasure of spending a week at this beautiful condo. This is not just "a condo at the beach" but rather a most pleasant and comfortable, beautifully appointed, and convenient place to spend a wonderful vacation. The view of the gulf from the balcony and the living room is so soothing and relaxing with gorgeous sunsets a plus. I usually do not leave any feedback but this place deserves a 5 star.   This was our 6th trip and 5th different condo that we have rented in the Sea Winds. We have been trying to find the right unit that we can rent every trip to Marco. This unit is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable as well. We will definitely be back to this unit again. I think we have found the perfect unit.

  Last day of a wonderful week on fabulous Marco Island! The thing that made this week so enjoyable was our stay in this lovely condo. Spacious, light, airy, clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you could possibly need (including beach gear - found on the first day thanks to the review below) - a real home from home with an incredible view, I shall miss my cup of tea on the balcony in the mornings. I would certainly recommend you choose this condo, just perfect .....

  We just wanted to say what a wonderful condo that you have on Marco. It was more than what we expected. Very clean and neat. Felt at home as soon as we entered. Very comfortable beds and the view was unbelievable. Would recomend it everyone. Thank You! One sugestion would be to have a few beach chairs in unit. Other wise PERFECT!
