Golf and Tennis are nearby. There is a great bike trail network. You have access to two private ocean beaches.
This Non-Smoking home offers two master bedroom suites. The living room is very spacious with a vaulted ceiling, a fireplace, wood floors, and it opens out onto a huge deck with waterviews. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features tile floors, a granite center island, a Jenn-Air, microwave, a dishwasher, and an icemaker. There is a dining room opening onto a screened porch. There is a laundry and outdoor shower also. This level also has a master bedroom suite with a marble bath and a four-person jacuzzi. It has access to the deck as well.
The next level has three bedrooms, a water view, and a bath with an alcove which overlooks the living room. The other level has another master bedroom suite with a private bath and a large family room. The home has two queen-size beds and three sets of twins. Please bring your own sheets and towels, or you can make arrangements to rent them on the island.
There is a access to two private beaches, Lucy Vincent Beach and
Squibnocket Beach. Ferry tickets are available.
