Immaculate and luxurious features are in this nearly 1500 sq. ft. townhome. 3 BR with King bed in downstairs master bedroom, with Jetted Spa Tub in spacious master bathroom. Upstairs BRs have a Queen and Twin Beds. Two inflatable beds also available. All Linens provided.
Full size well equipped kitchen (waffle iron, electric griddle, crock pot, popcorn popper etc.), open living space with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fan add to the completeness of this unit. A/C for warm summers and gas fireplace for cool Fall and Winter evenings contribute to the comfort of this unit. WIFI included.
You can enjoy the Three TVs and DVD’s in (living room, Master Bedroom and second bedroom. Stereo, (IPod capable) basic cable, and a washer/dryer are also provided. Internet optional.
Spacious Afternoon Shaded Outdoor deck has gas barbecue and view of 1st tee of Eagle Ridge Challenge Golf Course. .

We all had a great time at this rental. Relaxed, visited, played games. I would recommend that you give directions on how to use the Broadban remote for the tv's. Maybe a map of the complex would have helped.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway.

This resort was very appealing because of climate, close proximity to many varied activities, including Mr. Bachelor.. Although many people use the resort because of all the off site activities it never feels crowded. The Units are well insulated and quiet. Employees are friendly and helpful.
