MONTHLY Key West rental for two cottages in Old Town on a quaint lane.
Rent either one cottage (1 bedroom and 1 bath and Sitting Room with full size Sofa bed) or two cottages (2 bedrooms, 2 baths and two sitting rooms each with a full size sofa bed)
Beautiful tropical garden with heated deep water pool.
Each cottage has own kitchen and porch.
Walking distance to Duval Street, historic waterfront, Mallory Sq., restaurants.
No need for car. Near bike path to and from town and Zachary Taylor beach,
Parking on adjacent street.
No pets.
“Can’t be beat” rates:
Rates do not include 12.5% Taxes and $500 Security Deposit.
50% deposit and $500 Security Deposit is due upon signage of rental agreement. The remaining 50% due two weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: one month notice required. For any other notices of shorter duration, deposit is not returned.
Security Deposit (less any adjustments) returned within 2 weeks following completion of rental.
