The house was at a good location in a nice golf course community. The clubhouse and swimming pool were nearby and a great facility. The owners were friendly and helpful. This house was showing signs of its age. The refrigerator's water and ice dispenser didn't work. Dishwasher didn't clean well and was noisy. Upgrades to all kitchen appliances except stove are needed. Bed in second bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. The house was neat and clean when we arrived and we were welcomed by the owners.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: Always hoping for 5 of 5 rating. Refridgerator was in good working condition however, the door ice and water maker did freeze up and the renters were compinsated for their inconvenience. The refridgerator will be replaced with a new unit after April. Hopefully, we will get our 5 of 5 rating again. We pride ourselves on the beauty of this home.

The owner met us at the home as we arrived and went over details of the house. She was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions. The house had everything we needed during our stay and was in the perfect location in the golf community. The only reason we wouldn't return is we would've liked to have been closer to the beach. If that is not an issue to future guests, I would recommend this house and owner to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
