Ocean Woods is the most beautiful complex in this area that I have seen. When walking in this gated community, it has the feel and look of a tropical Island with well maintained lush trees, shrubs and plants. Our house is across the street from the recreation center where there is a family pool. tennis courts, basketball court, racquetball court, shuffleboard and a picnic area. With all these activities you might think it would be noisy but it isn't. It's quiet and peaceful. We have a fenced in patio with a grill. There is also an attached 1 car garage. There is also street parking available. The kitchen has a refrigerator, range & oven, dishwasher, and sink. There is a dining area outside the kitchen with a new table and 4 chairs. The living room has a new couch and love seat, flat screen TV, cable & internet with a wireless connection for your laptop. The master bedroom has a new queen size bed. There is a full bathroom in the master bedroom and a walk in closet and 2 dressers and two end tables with lamps. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, end table, lamp and a small walk in closet.. The second full bath is in the hallway next to the second bedroom. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and in the living room. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The house has central air conditioning. The kitchen and hallway have ceramic tiled floors. The other floors have wall to wall carpeting. The rent is $1600 per month for short term leases up to six months. Longer term leases are also available. My wife and I love vacationing here, as do our adult children. We intend to be snowbirds when we retire.
