A fantastic and spacious fully-furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, detached villa has new ceramic tile throughout (no allergy issues- clean and dust free) and is fully air conditioned. Large central and open concept family room has comfortable new leather furniture and flat screen TV with cable and Internet.
The large working kitchen overlooks the family room comes fully equipped with all the modern appliances and amenities including auto ice dispenser, breakfast bar, dining nook. The adjoining room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a spacious games room including a pool & ping pong table, air hockey, electronic basketball hoop game as well as other recreational games.
This spacious house contains 2 master bedrooms each with TV/cable and large full ensuite bathrooms. In addition, there are 2 additional newly furnished bedrooms with 2 single beds in each.
Situated in Florida Pines on US 27, five miles south of Highway 192. Close to local supermarkets, shops, restaurants, golf, etc. Disney is 15 minutes. International Drive and Sea World are 20 minutes. East and Golf Coasts along with beaches are approximately one hour away.

We just returned to Ontario from a fabulous week in Florida. We stayed at this villa, and have nothing but good things to report about it. We traveled south with our 3 year old and 3 month old, and had a fabulous time visiting Disney, shopping, and eating at various restaurants. The villa was in a fabulous location, and literally minutes from Disney world. We absolutely loved the pool, and were in it every day except one (weather was a bit cool). Our 3 year old loved "swimming", and even our baby loved going in the pool with us too. We required bed rails, and a pack-and-play which were taken care of for us as well. It was great to have the kitchen and laundry for the week so that we didn't need to eat out for every meal, and also didn't bring home suitcases full of dirty clothes! We went to Joe's Crab Shack based on the review above, and also had a great experience. Our daughter loves mexican, and Chevy's was a great Tex Mex optinon for her and us too! We also ate at the Cracker Barrel for a couple of great breakfasts :) Overall we would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great vacation spot. We will definitely be returning in the years to come!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Stayed for three weeks at this property and everything about it exceeded expectations. The house and property were very clean and very well maintained. The pool was very clean, and cleaned on a weekly basis while we were there. We had an appliance malfunction (washer) however one phone call and a day later it was repaired. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely recommend it. Nearby attractions that we would recommend: Food - Joe's Crab Shack, Orlando Golf - Stonegate Oaks Course And of course, Disney - just 15 minutes from this property. Overall - Excellent...can't say enough good things about it.Recommended for: Families with young children.
