  Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We've been to Ruidoso many times over the years and this is the best house/location we've stayed at for a variety of reasons. The home itself is almost new and in fantastic condition. It is outfitted with everything you need. We were a party of 6, with 4 teenagers and 2 parents. House set up well for everyone to have their space and bathrooms. Gameroom was a hit everyone. Views were awesome. An unexpected benefit (due to the location) was all the great roads and trails to walk/run during the trip. The Outlaw development is just down the street, which offered miles of roads and scenic vistas to run/walk. Everyone enjoyed getting their daily exercise in such a great environment and that ended up being the highlight of the trip. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The owner was responsive and attentive. Everything was as described and depicted, if not better.

  The owner was very nice and helpful throughout the reservation process. It was easy to find using navigation on my cell phone. We went skiing and tubing and the turn off to Ski Apache is just a mile or so before the entrance to the sub-division where the house was. There were 12 of us that stayed for 3 nights and there was plenty of space. The property was well maintained and the house was very clean. The pictures on the website don't quite do it justice. It is so nice. We loved the layout and enjoyed a lot of time out on the deck. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.

  View, view, view. What a beautiful home. The view from all the large picture size windows was stunning. The layout of the home was perfect. To start the morning with a cup of coffee on the large deck was wonderful. We didn't have to drive very far to shop or for entertainment. What a great place to make memories with family and friends.

  We just spent 4 nights in this beautiful home! We loved every minute of our stay and hated to leave! The house is brand new, and is exceptionally decorated throughout! The furniture is all so nice, and the house is very well equipped so that guests will have everything that they need to make themselves right at home! I am also very picky about cleanliness, and this house was one of the cleanest that I have ever stayed in. We loved the outdoor decks, and the patio furniture was great for sitting outside and enjoying the cool evenings. This house was perfect for our family of 10. We would definitely reccommend this house to anyone!

  Enjoyed the 5 day stay at this beautiful home with everything you could ever need . Beautiful mountain veIw out large windows and off large deck. Two beautiful foxes ,four or five elk , lots of deer came up in back yard to eat. What an experience !! The weather was perfect. 56-80 degrees. Spectacular golf courses. Cant wait to go back. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home .

  What a beautiful home! Very nicely furnished, with spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is large and open to the dining/living area. Large beautiful balcony with a awesome view overlooking a valley and mountains rising above. We loved having morning coffee and evening meals overlooking the scenic valley below, and we were visited several times by fox, deer and elk. The skies were so clear one night we witnessed several falling stars. The property has a nice gameroom with a futon and pool table, and a flat screen TV. The property is minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and Alto ski area. We had a great time and we will definitely return!

  My family and I spent one week at the house and it is INCREDIBLE! There were a total of 12 of us who stayed and we fit perfect with room for a few more. The view is amazing. To wake up in the morning and sit on the patio with a cup of Coffee was just what our soul needed. I strongly recommend if there is a date available that you book this house as early as possible. It is an experience that you will not want to miss. Memories that will last a life time!

  This property is a great rental!! Close enough to town and Ski Apaches (10 min) but far enough from town that it is very quiet. Plenty of room for 12 people to be comfortable. Beautiful home and would recommend this property.

  we rented this property for my wife's 30th birthday and had 10 total people staying there. the layout of the house is perfect for entertaining and was the perfect place to spend good quality family time. we had 4 kids and 6 adults and all of slept comfortably. the best part by far is the fabulous kitchen, dining area, and living room all open so that you don't miss a beat as a family and are constantly enjoying the beautiful views.
