This non-smoking condo is ready for family fun. The living room has access to the balcony, views of the ocean, DVD/VCR, CD, stereo and wireless high speed internet service. The kitchen contains a full assortment of china, flatware, glasses and cooking utensils. The kitchen looks over a breakfast bar into the dining and living rooms.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private full bath, VCR and TV, and private access to the balcony. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, TV, and private access to a second full bath that has a second entry from the hallway. The third bedroom was upgraded in March 2008 with a full size bed, bunk above it, a small closet and a LCD TV.
The beach and two pools (one heated) are within a few minutes walk from the condo, which is located on the second floor. Maravilla owns two and a half acres of deeded beachfront, which is accessed through a private gate. The building has elevator service.

We love your condo, we all loved staying here. We all enjoyed the big red chair because it was very comfortable. The beach was great too and I enjoyed it just as much as the condo. We all loved the condoa dn hpe to come back! We enjoyed your home and thank you for letting use stay. it's nice to get away from the hustle of the city and slow down.

It was a wonderful week! The weather was perfect and we all had a great time. Your place is beautiful. We came down for our Fall Break with our children Caleb (18) and Rebecca (13) who are both still at home. We met our other daughter, Jenifer and her husband Bobby with our grandson Carson (11 months). Thi ma be our last family vacation for a while since our son will be going to college in just a few short months. We went to the beach every day and saw sharks right on the shore a couple days. We ate at Pompano Joe's, played golf and Putt Putt, went bowling, went shopping and everything anyone wanted to do. It was the best week ever. Thank you for the use of your home. It was perfect for all our needs.

We had a wonderful time here this week and really enjoyed our grandchildren! The beach is just the best and the pool was great too! The red chair is the best, it became "Nane's" all week. Don't ever get rid of it. Our grandson enjoyed the bunk beds for his own room. It was also great to be able to get on the Internet. Thanks for opening you home to us for this week. Very relaxing!

This was our first vacation in 5 years and we enjoyed every second of it!! Our kids loved the ocean and played in the pool constantly. My 17 month old daughter's favorite thing was the back porch. In and out -- in and out! The condo was confortable and spacious. My son loved the bunk beds in "his" room. He now calls this our "Florida Home." The weather was beautiful -- rain one day only! We ate at the Crab Trap, Gilligan's and Fudpucker's -- all great! You have to go to Howl at the Moon in Fort Walton -- a dueling piano bar. We come every time we're down here -- it's fabulous. Thanks for sharing your condo with us! Can't wait for next year!!

Our trip was incredible! The food, shopping and swimmig could not have been better. The kids had a great time at everything we did. We played hard in the morning, rested/napped in the afternoon and ate and played more in the evenings. The men enjoyed playing golf at Golf Garden and we all enjoyed Putt Putt there too! We especially enjoyed going to the beach and having someone give us a chair and show us lots of attention. Fondly.
