This home is tastefully decorated and features all new furniture and bedding. There is room for the entire family with 6 bedrooms on the main floor and a separate 1 bedroom apartment upstairs, plus every room gets its own bathroom!
On the main floor, you will also find: a beautifully decorated living room with A/C and TV with DVD, an adjoining den with 2 oversized leather chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, and, due to the large size of the home, there are 2 dining areas to accommodate 14 people.

*** New for 2015 *** the upstairs apartment and upstairs bathroom have been completely remodelled! We have also completely remodelled two of the downstairs bathrooms. We do stay busy in the off-season!

About the owner: Jay and Bonnie have either lived on the Cape or visited the cape since we were kids. We've always been in love with it, especially the Harwich Port area. When we had the opportunity to buy 88 Bank St, we jumped at the chance.
When we are not enjoying SurfSide, we live in Southern NH where we both have jobs in high tech.
Why the Owner Chose Harwich Port: SurfSide was built around 1950 and run as a B&B for many years. That's why it has so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Around the late 1980s it was purchased as a retirement home for nuns. Over the years, their numbers dwindled and in 2013, Bonnie and Jay Kenney purchased 88 Bank St, named it SurfSide. We spend as much time there as we can, when it is not rented out.
The Unique Benefits at this House: SurfSide has two features that make it unique. It sleeps 14 people, and it has a great location in Harwich Port with just a short walk to downtown and the beach.
