Relax in one of the three pools at Hacienda Los Cabos; enjoy the view of the palm filled estuary and Sea of Cortez from the living room and balcony; walk to the beach, downtown shopping area, or fresh water estuary near the San Jose Golf Course); enjoy one of the many sparkling snorkeling or diving beaches on the corridor to Cabo San Lucas; or take a panga or cabin cruiser for world-class fishing.
All of these activities and more await you when you vacation at our condo that sits high on a hill overlooking the golf course and San Jose Bay. A cooling ocean breeze fans the many native plants, trees, and flowers found on the well-maintained grounds.
Cook in the recently remodeled kitchen or dine in one of San Jose's many good restaurants. The condo has three ceiling fans, three air conditioners, twin beds in one bedroom, a queen bed in the master bedroom, and a quickly inflating queen and twin-size air bed for the living room if additional sleeping accommodations are needed. Beach towels and blankets, an umbrella, and cooler are furnished for your convenience. Hacienda is a perfect location for those seeking to avoid the hustle of Cabo, and its plentiful timeshare sales people.

- Linens Provided: Multiple sets of linens furnished. Both bathrooms totally remodeled in Nov. 2007, with new tile everywhere, new toilets, sinks, counters, shelves, shower curtains, linens and mirrors.
- Off Street Parking: Assigned parking place in the complex at number J-5

- Queen Bed: Standard queen bed with memory foam pads on top.
- Twin/Single Bed: Two twin beds in second bedroom. Memory foam pads on top of mattresses. There is a queen size Aerobed which can be used in the living room. It inflates quickly by plugging it into the outlet.

- Shared Pool: There are three pools at the complex. The upper pool is heated in the winter months.

- Full Kitchen: The kitchen was totally remodeled in 2002. It is very well furnished, with a couple sets of dishes, good cookware, a toaster oven, stand mixer, coffee maker, and blender. The microwave is built in above the stove.

- Outdoor Features
- Balcony: The balcony is small, but it has a great Sea of Cortez view looking over the estuary to La Playita and up toward the Gordo Banks. The new Puerto Los Cabos development is on the other side of the estuary.
- View/Location
- Ocean View: The condo is on a hill overlooking the Sea of Cortez, and there is also a mountain view beyond the new Puerto Los Cabos development. Enjoy morning sunrises over the Sea of Cortez. The condo is 1/2 mile from the beach.
- Mountain View: The condo has both a Sea of Cortez and mountain view.

* Rate negotiable for long-term rentals of 1 month or more.
* Payment by Bank Draft or Money Order in US funds.
* 1/2 due within 2 weeks of booking & remainder due 2 weeks before travel.
* $100 Deposit is required, which will be refunded if the
condo is left clean & without damage.
* $200/week Cancellation Fee will be charged for reservations that
are canceled within 3 weeks of travel. Minimum rental of 2 weeks at Christmas.
