  Seven girlfriends, aged 50-70 rented both homes for a nice long weekend. We get together every year and hands down, this was the most enjoyable weekend we have had! The homes were both lovely, clean and well-stocked and the views from every room are not exaggerated! Suzi was available for questions, even though she was working at her cabin and was a wonderful hostess. I can't wait to bring back my husband for some more time in the Zen House. Thank you, Suzi.

  The house is lovely and is furnished with everything we needed. We greatly enjoyed having our morning coffee on the lawn swing while watching the sun rise over the red cliffs and watching the light changing on the red rock formations while sitting on the porch as the sun set. And we had the added treat of watching the full moon rise over the cliffs. It is centrally located in a secluded area of Sedona, so we felt we had privacy in a peaceful setting while being only minutes from great restaurants and shops (and Starbucks!) and had easy access by car to a number of wonderful hiking and walking trails. We stayed in the main house, but got to look inside the Zen cottage which is beautiful, as well. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here on our next visit to Sedona.

  Very cute home that is centrally located in Sedona and makes a great home base for exploring the area. Wonderful patio up behind the home with amazing views of the red rock. Thanks Suzi! Great place for our family to get together after a long time apart.

  This was our first VRBO rental, and it was amazing! If you are considering a stay in Sedona, don't hesitate to rent from Suzi. This home is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Sedona. It is very nicely decorated and equipped with nearly everything you need to make your stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I'm a picky sleeper, and the beds were great. If you have kids with you, there is a separate sunken room with two day beds and private bathroom and LCD TV. It was perfect for our family. The patio and front deck were great for relaxing and taking in the view. The neighborhood is very nice, with million $$$ homes right up the street. We saw a very large bobcat walking across the neighbors yard one morning, which was quite the rare sighting! You will be very close to town, but in a quiet "private" feeling neighborhood. Do yourself a favor, and instead of staying at a pricey hotel or resort where you are trapped in a hotel room, RENT THIS HOME. You won't regret it. AND…Suzi has a great sense of humor (so does her other renters :-D ). Thanks again for making our stay in Sedona a memorable, wonderful vacation.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Sedona. The house was perfect for our family of 5. It is conveniently located so all of our activities were very close by. The house is beautifully decorated but comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the conveniences of home. We enjoyed grilling out and eating on the patio. We also enjoyed the fire pit table in the yard during the evening. The beds were comfortable and the TV and internet worked flawlessly. The owner was very helpful and accessible. We enjoyed some great hikes and views along with some good local restaurants. There was a a great hiking book at the house and a bunch of literature on Sedona and nearby activities. We will definitely make a return visit

  What a great place!. quiet. fantastic views. well equipped kitchen. The owner was also very nice / helpful / welcoming to us and such a great person. The only negative with this place... Is that you have to leave it at some point and go back to wherever you came from, which 99% of the time won't be as nice as this! Enjoy it - i know we did! Peace M Thomson Irvine, CA

  We had an amazing time on our trip to Sedona for my mother's 70th birthday. My kids loved sitting outside in the evening roasting marshmellows on the propane fire pit or being in the very private section of the house. They shut the door and blinds and watched movies on the flat screen TV. That room has it's own closet and bathroom so we were able to keep the rest of the house very tidy which made me happy. The views are so amazing that we never spent much time eating indoors. We Bar B Q'd most of our meals and sat at one of the tables and watched the red rocks turn a lovely color at sunset. The owner was very gracious and was there to answer my million questions. She even had a very helpful guide on how to operate everything pertaining to the house. My favorite part was taking the picnic basket (which is also included in the VERY well stocked inventory of the house) down to the creek with the family and picnicking in the middle of the creek on a lovely red rock. I will always treasure I time there and long for a trip back!

  We loved the Zen house. The upstairs bedroom view is through the kitchen window and lovely to wake to. The Buddha patio was so relaxing, as was the energy of the home. There are blinds for all the windows that either raises the bottom or lowers the top. The beds were ultra comfy too.Susie was very attentive and so friendly. The last 5 pictures shows the Zen house. I would recommend this property especially if you want to be closer to West Sedona.

  We had a great time at this home in Sedona. The location is excellent and centrally located to all of the action. The house is well equipped and the owner is very gracious. We all had a great time hiking, climbing and exploring the backcountry of Sedona.
