This direct beachfront corner condo at Carlos Pointe Beach Club is just steps from the ocean and is situated at the southern tip of the island of Fort Myers Beach providing a large quiet beach for you to enjoy and relax during your next vacation getaway.
This corner condo is situated on the very west side of Carlos Pointe Beach Club with many windows on three sides of the condo providing big sand and ocean views, plenty of sunshine and ocean breeses drafting through the condo during stay. Our oversized and screened wrap around lanai boasts cool ocean breezes while enjoying panoramic sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico, Lovers Key State Park and Fort Myers Beach. Our island getaway is situated on the 5th floor allowing for peace and privacy when relaxing on the lanai.

Carlos Pointe Beach Club is uniquely situated within a vast spread of state park and mangrove wildlife reserves providing an overabundance of wildlife to experience during your stay. Along with viewing the thousands of bird species that call these beaches and state parks their home, you will very likely spot dolphins playing in the surf during your stay. Or perhaps you will choose to catch your dinner on Big Carlos Pass in front of the condo, or watch manatees swimming around Lovers Key State Park. There is nothing like watching a pelican or ocean hawks soar past the condo when you are sitting on the lanai.
Our 5th floor corner condo is situated on the very west end of Carlos Point Beach Club which allows for windows on three exterior walls providing a large open feel with panoramic ocean views and sunset views from almost anywhere in the condo.
This corner condo has been recently updated with a bright and airy beach house feel and is furnished to provide you with clean and new furniture to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay. It includes all the pleasures of home including a full kitchen, dishwasher, icemaker, i-Home docking station, 3 televisions, stereo system, vcr/dvd player, air conditioning, soaker tub, washer, dryer, three ceiling fans and beach accessories.
The newly updated kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances including: dishwasher, stove, microwave and fridge with icemaker. Our white cabinetry and Corian counter tops provide a bright beach feel for you to enjoy when cooking in the convenience of a full kitchen while on vacation. A stacking washer dryer closet has been designed into the kitchen area to provide you with the convenience of private laundry facilities within the condo.
You will enjoy the sound of the ocean while resting in the beach side master bedroom that provides panoramic ocean and beach views from the clean king sized master bed. The master bedroom provides access to the balcony through the sliding door and is equipped with an in room television, DVD player, walk in closet and ensuite. The ensuite washroom is newly updated and includes a soaker tub with shower, newer cabinetry and fixtures for your comfort.
The beach side family room is furnished with a pull-out couch and love seat for relaxing in the evening or watching a movie on the new 48 inch HDTV. The family room and dining room is furnished with a newer soft carpet which feels particularly nice on your feet after a long walk through the surf on the beach.
The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds that can be put together to make a king sized bed if desired. It includes a three piece ensuite bathroom, in room TV, DVD, VCR and i-Home Docking Station for your iPod or iPhone and a ceiling fan. A collapsible play pen / crib is kept in the master room closet for your convenience.
The large lanai (balcony) wraps around the beach side corner of the condo and is screened to provide a comfortable outdoor living space. It is furnished with outdoor patio furniture including a table and four chairs and has plenty of space to set up a couple beach lounge chairs to lay back and put your feet up while on the patio.
Included with the condo are a number of beach accessories including: Chairs, lounge chairs, sand toys, and beach umbrella.

Had a great time staying in the condo. Would have liked a few more necessities, but with the grocery store just down the way it was not a problem. Clean and very comfortable for my family's stay. Really enjoyed the porch/veranda and with ideal weather during our stay we could enjoy a breakfast out there! Thank you.Recommended for: Age 55+.

About the owner: My wife and I have 3 young children who love nothing more than playing at the beach. We love to run, bike and swim and find the location of Fort Myers Beach great for exercising particularly when excaping the cold wet weather of the north in the winter. We are also cooking enthusiasts and really enjoy the ability to cook our dinners in the comfort of our condo when on vacations.

We vacationed in Fort Myers beach and loved the experience so much we decided to purchase a condo that we could visit with our family each year.
We cherish the though of building family memories over the years here and find the Fort Myers Beach area to be very peaceful and safe with the right balance of natural habitat and urban amenities.
We hope that by providing our property as a rental, other couples and families can visit our condo each year as well.

Some of our favorite things to do at our condo include:
- Spending the morning on the beach building sand castles, then spending the afternoon at the pool and enjoying a margarita on the lanai in the late afternoon.
- We love to be on and by the water and are always up for renting a boat for an afternoon to explore the waterways around Fort Myers Beach.
- We find the fresh seafood available at the docks and local markets incredible and always enjoy cooking up a seafood platter for dinner.
- We love to kayak and bike and find it very convenient to walk over to lovers key state park where we can rent kayaks and bikes for the day.
- We enjoy walking over the bridge and going for dinner at Flippers On The Bay restaurant located at lovers key resourt.
- We find having a golf course down the street and being on the beach is the best of both worlds. I don't feel guilty taking a 1/2 day to golf knowing my family is enjoying the beach at their door step.
- We love running in the cool morning in Lovers State Park.
- We love an afternoon and evening walk on the beach particulairly as the sun sets.
- We enjoy walking up the beach to take advantage of happy hour specials at the Holiday Inn Tikki Hut, then enjoying a nice peaceful walk back down to the quiet side of the beach.
