  Sue and her husband have the most beautiful little place to share. So conveniently located, smack dab in the middle of everything without really feeling like it. And when they say comfortable futon, they mean it. Fortunately the bed is as comfortable. So much space. Fireworks in my widow Friday and Saturday were an unexpected and pleasant suprise. Absolutely delightful and very quiet for the city. I live in the middle of nowhere with complete silence around me at night and the train was a faint but not disturbing sound in the background that just reminded me where I was. Parks nearby, pleasant neighbors and I cannot wait to book again. I truly was the envy of all my friends. Thanks again!

  Traveling with my dogs is always a challenge when trying to stay close to the convention center. This condo was a great find - close enough for the daily trekking for meetings, yet far enough to not feel claustrophobic in the city. The neighborhood was also near walking trails, which the dogs loved. Would definitely be back if I need to be in the Sacramento area again.

  We found this condo clean and neat. Certainly well located for walking along river and getting to all the great restaurants in Sacramento. Close to the Crocker Art Museum which we enjoyed. We even took Amtrak to San Francisco and were able to walk to the station right across the bridge. Bed very comfortable. Only down side (for us) was the noise on street and street light right outside which kept the condo a little brighter than we are use to at night. We were able to get use to the sound of train whistles. We stayed for 30 days and liked that we had easy freeway access no matter where we were going. Over all I'd say it is a winner. The owner was extremely helpful when we had questions and we liked that there was a garage so didn't have to park on street.

  The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable and within easy access of Old Sacramento and downtown. The futon was by far the most comfortable sofa bed I have ever slept on. My parents stayed in the king sized bed and also said it was super comfortable. Sue was very responsive and helpful with any queries.

  We had a delightful time here...kitchen is awesome...well decorated...king size bed is a plus! Bathroom is great for couples with the two sinks. YES YES YES

  Overall a very good experience. Owners were good; the place was very nice and well cared for. Very industrial look as you can see in the photos. Stamped concrete floor and exposed ceiling. Unfortunately, this is not noise deadening and the apt is close to the train tracks, and trains go by a lot at night. If you are noise sensitive, leave nature sounds on your phone for background white noise and and turn the fan to the on position. Would recommend for couple only. The floor plan is very open so would be limited privacy for more than a couple. Good location (except for noise) and overall a very nice stay at a lovely apt.

  This modern, spacious condo sits right on a busy street, but, surprisingly is pretty quiet once the front door is shut. The condo was clean, and well-maintained. We had a bit of trouble following the instructions to locate the small, unattached garage. Bikes in the garage were available for our use, and we had a great time biking to nearby Old Sacramento. Great location for tourists to Sacramento.

  I was looking for somewhere for my mother and I to stay for a week long visit to Sacramento. This condo fit our needs perfectly. Upon walking into the door, we both commented that while the internet photos are good, they did not do the place justice. It was absolutely beautiful. It was immaculately clean, well decorated, convenient and very stylish. This is a perfect home away from home. Sue was an absolute pleasure to work with during reservations and sent great information before we arrived. This was a flawless experience, and I will definitely stay here every time I visit Sacramento. It is officially my Sacramento home away from home. Perfect!!!!

  My parents stayed here for a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very modern but warm, nicely furnished, great location and Sue was lovely to work with. We'd highly recommend it!
