  Nice solid place with a great pool. Close enough to the beach area with access to the Rancho Santana clubhouse but far enough for privacy and quiet time. Roger and Karen were on hand to greet us along with Gladis to make sure all our needs were met. Thanks for the rental and I hope to come by it again.

  Hi Roger, You really have a nice gem at the top of the hill. The pacific surf house was the perfect place to get away, yet close enough to the clubhouse when we wanted to check out the beach and grab some drinks. Gladis and unfortunately I can't remember the gentleman's name who helps clean the pool, but they were both very kind and very helpful. Thank you for letting us rent out your beautiful house for a couple of days. I wish it were longer but a couple of days was all the time we could afford...for now.   We absolutely loved staying at the Pacific Surf House in Rancho Santana. It was the perfect location and exceptionally secluded with great views of Santana beach. We enjoyed lounging by the private pool and having the flexibility to cook at the house with a fully equipped kitchen, or take the short drive down to the clubhouse for a meal. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone; it would well suit a couple on a romantic getaway or surf trip as well as a family with children. We saw the security guards every day when we were coming and going and never for a moment had any doubts for our safety. We enjoyed leaving the ranch and traveling down to Popoyo for a surf filled days. Not to mention on the last day of our vacation, WE GOT ENGAGED on the rocks at Santana!! We hope to come back many times in the years to come and will always hope to find availability at the Pacific Surf House! Roger was a pleasure to work with and made a point to stop by shortly after we checked in to make sure everything was good to go.

  Oh wow this little house tucked on the hill has you realizing you have arrived at a very special place. Wonderfully architected and wild sounds and sights all around. The pool is great cool off after the heat of the day and the breezes pass through the rooms nicely. Super clean and tidy all comforts are there and seem a bit surreal in the forest full of strange birds and animals. Truly, a small slice of heaven. And if that wasn't enough the owners are the warmest couple and made us feel very welcome and special. Go discover!!!!

  We enjoyed the house and Rancho Santana. It was out first experience in Nicaragua and we will be coming back. Our 2 kids ( 6 and 8 ) found plenty of things to do down on the beach and around the 9 days we were there. Roger was very accomodating along with Gladis.

  La pasamos super mi esposa y mi hija en tu casa. Es una excelente casa con toda la comodida, el aire fresco de las mananas y la vista al mar bellooooo. Una vista fenomenal. Me gusto la privacidad del lugar y los servicios que brindas en tu casa el internet y la TV Satelital.   Roger was extremely helpful in making sure everything was taken care of. Our rental truck broke down on Omotepe Isand and we were having a difficult time dealing with the rental company. We weren't even staying at his place and he was willing to contact them and help us out. He took care of all our needs whenever we had a question or problem arise. I needed a taxi from the airport and he was willing to set us up. He is very responsive when we needed to get in touch with him and provided top notch service. Oh, and his house is off the hook. An amazing place that will heal you mentally, spiritually and physically. What more can you ask for? Thanks again Roger for everything and we will be back soon.

  My first trip to Roger & Joni's Nicaragua home was fantastic. The surrounding communities were a joy to vitit, the people were very friendly. Roger was a wonderful tour guide to show us all the hot spots to see. The food was spectacular. There were walks on the beach, hiking, swimming and just relaxing. We met some really fun surfers from California. All in all it was one of the best vacations I have been on in a long time. I hope to go back to Pacific Surf House many more times in the future. I would reccomend this home and country to all my friends.

  We very much enjoyed your home. It was truly perfect for us and how we like to enjoy vacation. The seclusion was absolutely fantastic and the view can not be compared! Brian proposed to me on our last day down on the rocks in front of the clubhouse. It was quite a surprise! We are planning to marry in July. With that being said, this trip now has an extra special memory to it!   I can testify that the Pacific House was by far the best place to stay in Nicaragua for all ocassions. While reviewing a place to stay in NIcaragua and not have ever traveled in the area or received much imput I contacted a number of places on the interenet from the onset Roger was the most responsive of all the people and most willing to offer help. I was extremly pleased with the beauty of the house and I really enjoyed having the tranquility and privacy of the house along with the compliment of beign able to go and use the clubhouse on the beach. I stayed in Nicaragua for approx a month and broke up the trip; 1 week with my 2 teenage daughters : 1 week with my daughters and girlfriend adn 1 week with girlfriend 1 week alone. The pacific house was perfect for all occasions family, romance , solitare surf expedition. My children loved the pool , hammock , pool and club house. I enjoyed the best access to all the surf spots in the area 4-5 private spots with only accesible to playa santana and 2-3 additonal spots all very close to the house. After my children left. The love and ROmance privacy and intimacy was overflowing and I proposed to my new fiance in the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean which I will always remember. WHile at the holuse I visited all the other spots I had researched on the web and definitely came to the conclusion the Pacific House was the right choice no where else compared to all the offerings. I look forward to returning soon and would recommend to anyone.
