  I live across the street from this unit and rented it out for my inlaws and other familty that came visit us for the birth our children. Since the begining, the communication with the owner was great. The apartment is well located, nicely furnished and very confortable (great audio devices, big lcd TV, etc). I truly recommend it.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

  I enjoyed my stay in this apartment so much. I was staying with my 3 year old son and he loved it too. This apartment is fully equipped, you will find there anything you can possibly think off (for a child as well) and much more. Great contact with the owner - Claudia your quick respond to my emails was appreciated. I would definitely suggest this property to all of my friends. The neighborhood is perfect, not too crowded and loud area, close to South Beach, Bayside etc. At last...the view from the balcony...priceless.

  This is has been the best vacation I have ever been on... Miami was great but the comfort of the home was awsome... It was extremely clean and so comfortable that we didn't want to leave and the view was an addition (free of charge) Claudia was one of the nicest people I've ever met. If any anyone wants to stay in Miami and feel as comfortable as if they were in there own home this is the home to be in...... Thanks Claudia

  My husband, myself, and two year old son spent 5 days at the apartment in April. The apartment was excellent, exactly as described. There was beach access across the street and a gorgeous view of the waterway from the apartment balcony. The apartment is probably about a 10 minute drive from South Beach...which was great from our perpective...it is close but not too close to the noise etc. You definitely need a car to get around and it was amazing that parking is included in the rental. We loved it and would rent from Claudia again. MM

  The apartment was very much as described with the owner kindly leaving out relevant leaflets as well as a bottle of wine, some water and chocolates for our arrival. All linens plus shampoo, conditioner etc were included and when we had a problem with the electrics in the building Claudia kept us updated as to progress once informed there was an issue. The buses stopped either outside the door or opposite and were very frequent to either Aventura Mall or Lincoln Road and places inbetween. The only problem was that the pool was not heated and we were therefore unable to swim in it. Apart from this I would recommend the apartment to others.

  My husband and I recently stayed at this property with our 20 month old. Everything about the place was great, and the owner was very accommodating (and very prompt with email responses). She loaned us a pack and play for our son and a booster seat, which saved us money and the hassle of trying to rent one. She left coupons for local attractions/restaurants and a bottle of wine and chocolates. The location was great- close to the beach and very quiet, but only a few minute drive to the shops and restaurants in South Beach. The place was very clean and comfortable. If we visit Miami Beach again we will definitely see if this property is available to rent again.

  Our stay at this great rental condo couldn't have been more perfect. This condo is beautiful, spacious, updated, nicely decorated and VERY clean! It really shows that the owners take care of this place! Immediately upon entering, you feel right at home! Everything you could possibly need is there. It was wonderful to be able to come "home" everyday and enjoy the beautiful waterfront view right from your balcony or simply relax by the pool. There are many, many good restaurants, shopping centres and supermarkets nearby. It also has lots of nearby nightclubs and lounges for a perfect night out as well! The beach is directly across the street. We would highly recommend this condo and hope to be able to come back again for another stay. Thanks again to the owners for a WONDERFUL stay!

  We spent a week at this apartment. It is beautiful and comfortable, very well located, especially if you rent a car (since any distance is kind of big for walking in Miami). There are also buses that take you to important spots. It is very complete and the apartment is very well equipped with all the amenities they say in the ad. When they say you should only bring your bathing suit and sunscreen, the mean it. Especially the sunscreen. The beach is very nice and close (cross the street, across a path, and you´re there). The owners were very considerate leaving information and coupons for us. Only thing that was hard was having a good connection on the Internet, it had its mood. Paying through VRBO is also very helpful, and very safe. We´re glad we found this website and this apartment. Our friends in Paraguay are already asking for the contact information and we gladly recommend this place. Hopefully we will return again.

  Our stay at this property was very nice. The condo looked just like the pictures and the owner was so great to deal with. She left snacks, gift certificate for pizza, entertainment book, and other things we needed. The cart was great to use for the going to the beach and we also used the cart to go get groceries. Unfortunately the grocery store was a little bit farther than we thought but it worked out fine. I recommend using the cart if you are planning on walking to the grocery store. Also if you do not rent a car, cab fares can be expensive. We were about 10 min. from South Beach and 30 min. to Coconut Grove. I would definitely stay at this condo again and recommend it to anyone that is looking for a place in Miami. The owner is so great and the price condo is great too!

  We stayed at the condo for 1 week, Let me start by saying that the owners were extremely accommodating to our arrival times; we found everything exactly how it was shown on the pictures and described on the site. The owner left us detailed description of where everything was in the building, The apartment was stocked with all paper goods as well as cleaning supplies and small toiletries just like at a Hotel. They left the Entertainment Book for us to use any coupons we liked but I have to say the additional though of the bottle of wine, cheese and cracker and the restaurants.com certificate were a 10. We stay at many vacation rentals but this one felt like we were staying at home. The Beach was directly across the street the walkway well-manicured and the Beach cart WOWS a plus. Like they said all we really needed was our sunscreen and swimsuit. I highly recommend this rental it’s so worth the price, See you again next year, Maria & Phen
