We were a group of 8 ladies who all play Bunco once a month together. We have been going on this annual "beach" trip for the last seven years. We normally rent a house but this year the house was rented to we had to find something else. We are so glad that we found your condo. It had plenty of room and all the amenities that we needed. It also was VERY clean when we arrived. We have decided to rent this condo along with the other 3 bedroom that the renter has for our trip next year.

Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

December 2011 Snowbirds

This unit is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and the view from the master bedroom and the whole condo is spectacular. December was a great month to be there because there were hardly any people on the beach. My sister has leukemia in remission and is super-conscious about cleanliness due to her compromised immune system. She, too, loved this unit and said she would definitely want to rent from you if she comes down after she retires. She said it is beautiful and so clean. You were very kind and accommodating to us. I can't thank you enough for making us feel at home. I think we only missed 4-5 days of walking on the beach because we went to New Orleans and other day-touring. We did get to Fairhope and delighted in all of the flowers and real poinsettias that were everywhere. We hated to leave, but the beach and the condo were getting busy with 12 cars in the lot when we left. We met one other owner and several other snowbirds from Missouri who moved in. I am so lucky I found you on the website and SO lucky the condo was as described and even better than the pictures. I worried about that a lot because it was our first time doing this by internet. I've heard horror stories from others who were locked into something awful. You may have some new renters someday. My sister, and people we met from near Paducah, KY, who came down from another unit for coffee, loved this unit as much as we did. Thank you! Happy New Year!

Great Condo

We just spent the weekend in the Condo. We went to Orange Beach to Celebrate the The 80th birthday of my wife's father. There were a few people there for the gathering so I had the opportunity to see a couple of other condos at Emerald Key. This was the nicest condo compared to the others that other members in the in the group had rented. It was updated with new electronics and you could just tell the difference in the upkeep of this unit. Surprising the owner indicated he was going to make some more upgrades to the unit! I don't think you are going to find many more units where the owner is focused on the upkeep and cleanliness of a unit. I had a few email conversations with the owner about restaurants in the area. He was more than helpful and spot on with his recommendations. I would highly recommend this unit to any of the other units you are looking at in the area. You will not be disappointed!

We could have not asked for a better place for our girls getaway. The condo is lovely, spacious, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The view is breathtaking. The owner is wonderful as well. You even get the convenience of having a grocery store right across the street. Book your vacation at this condo and you will not be disappointed.

We have been traveling to Orange Beach with our family for over 10 years now. We always stay directly on the beach and have found something special in this condo. We have stayed in condos that cost more and some that cost less, but nothing that compares to what you get for this price. It is very obvious the owners take pride in every detail of the unit. The place was immaculate. The location and view was perfect and the long walks along the beach priceless. We'll definitely be staying here again.

We loved taking long walks on the beach, swimming, collecting shells, and just enjoying the beautiful view from the balcony. What a wonderful place this is! The CONDO was great! LOVED IT! My friends and I had the BEST time and fell in love with your condo at Emerald Key. It was absolutely divine--truly perfect! We loved the decor--my friends and I agreed that it was extremely well decorated, beautiful furnishings. Absolutely impeccable! We've been to the Gulf Coast many times over the years and have stayed in many different places. EK #502 is the best for too many reasons to list. Highlights are the floor to ceiling sliders, the coordinated furnishings and decor, and the room sizes. What a place to enjoy viewing God's beautiful creation! Hope to be back, Snowbirds

Our third visit to Orange Beach / Gulf Shores was very relaxing. The weather was great and the condo had everything we needed. The furnishings were very nice! My 83 year old mother enjoyed her morning walks along the beach, and of course collecting her shells. We look forward to our next visit!

The Dant's from Zionsville, IN had a wonderful time for two weeks. The condo was well-equipped and very comfortable. We collected hundreds of beautiful shells. For future guests - we enjoyed Lartigue's Seafood Market. We could come in from the beach - not dress - and go pick up a great dinner. Thank you for offering your condo. Additionally... Thank you so much for this place, it is so cool. We have a bar and the greatest view. I wish you could know how very much my mother loves the beach. It's like another world to her. The condo is fabulous!! We collected seashells, caught crabs on the beach and watched stingrays and dolphins swim by. And we relaxed. What else could you ask for? You could not find a better condo anywhere! We feel so fortunate to have stayed at Emerald Key #502. This was definately the best family vacation ever. The condo was well furnished and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was awesome. If your still looking for a place...you just found it. After staying at Emerald Key I realized just how important staying at a low density building is. The private beach offered plenty of room for playing. The hotels and high rise condos down the street seemed to be wall to wall umbrellas. (very packed don't go there) During our stay we collected sea shells, sand dollars, saw dolphins, stingrays, and even a shark, and of course swam and rode the waves in on our boogie boards. The Shopping center accross the street was so convenient. We will be back. Thank you to the Burrell Family for offering this place.

We had a great time and the weather was great. It was windy - but it kept the heat off. We did get a little sunburned of course. The last day - the weather was perfect!
