My 13 year old daughter and I stayed for 2 weeks while she attended CPI Spanish language school. The condo was very large, clean and perfect for our needs with new linens and dishes. The decor was related to fishing and local art. The leasing manager lives on-site and is very helpful in every way, she booked our transportation, suggested tours, etc. It is close to everything you could want to do in Flamingo,- within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, adventure tour companies and shops. The only thing that was a little bit far was an ATM but it was still within walking distance. The resort has it's own private beach and we had a view of the marina and short walk to the big beach of Flamingo. The resort has 3 pools and a good outdoor restaurant. Karaoke was really fun on Thursday nights. The staff was friendly and helpful.'Our favorite restaurants were the Mariner and Subs & Pizza -both moderately priced but we had a long stay. Mar y Sol should not be missed for it's incredible view. There were lots of stairs at this resort that really cannot be avoided so accessibility could be an issue with mobility impaired people.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
