The back yard features an OUTDOOR POOL TABLE, PING PONG TABLE, horseshoes, a large deck with arbor, two tables seating 10, 6 loungers, stainless gas grill, extensive landscaping with uplighting and outdoor hot/cold shower. House has porcelain tile floors throughout. Fully furnished kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded cookware/utensils. All beds have upgraded mattresses. All bathrooms feature upgraded shower heads.

Everyone in the group raved about this beach house. The furniture and bedding were all new or seemed like it- something we have seldom found in larger home rentals, but for our group of pickier females, it was noticed and appreciated. There were 4 children under the age of 4 and the house was perfect for us- two pack and plays, a highchair, Maclaren strollers, baby gates, pool toys, and a sleeper in the master bedroom that we did not realize was there. The pool was a good size, while we enjoyed the pool area as we were grilling out and having a family ping pong tournaments. The location was great- we were about a block from a church with a large playground that had play areas for our little ones and another area for the older ones. The beach access was walk on level and directly across the street. This was a life saver for us as going up and down stairs with beach gear and babies is not easy. There was a great coffee shop and restaurant a block away. Destin area had great shopping for the girls and golf for the guys. We didn't end up going deep sea fishing but hope to do that next time. I would recommend this house and Destin to any one traveling with children.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This house has it all! With a Spring Break group of 22 (5 families) ages 2 – teens, parents, grandparents & one grand Auntie, all needs were exceeded! Couldn’t be closer to the public beach area, pool was fantastic and door handles to the outside pool area were well above little one’s reach. We ate out at all the hot spots within walking distance – Crab Shack, Camille’s, etc. & those only a short car ride away - Back Porch and McGuire’s. O’Quigley’s was a great escape for adults to walk to when kids were asleep. When cooking in for 22 with fresh fish from Destin Ice House, there were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, serving platters, oven, stove and grill spaces to accommodate truly fantastic feasts for all 22! The owner is a pleasure to work with and will assuredly accommodate your group’s needs!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Where do I start. What an amazing house. We had 4 couples and 13 kids and 1 Nanny. Plenty enough room for the 22 of us. The owner is as prompt as a person can be. Any issues we had which were very minimal, where handled within an hr. With the beach being across the street we enjoyed the beach everyday. The pool was perfect size. The town of Destin has everything a person wants on vacation. Beware of Alvins gift shop. LOL we bought more nick nacks then I have bought my whole life. We enjoyed our week at the Bahama Breeze. The house was very spacious and everything was in good working order with exception of the blinds. They need work. The pool was amazing and the whole family enjoyed the warmth of it. I would recommend this house to my friends and would stay here again myself! The house was clean and looked like the pictures. No surprises. A nice experience.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We had 22 people stay together at your lovely home right near the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and the pool area was private and lovely. The place is well maintained. It was so nice to have so many things available for our use. We would come back in a heartbeat!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

My family and I just returned from a week at Bahama Breeze. The location is great and having the beach across the street is very convenient. We visited with 8 adults and 8 children. There is a high chair, strollers, plenty of beach/pool toys, etc. All in all, we had a wonderful time! However, there are a few improvements that might make one's stay in the home even better...The home is in need of a deep clean. Some of the kitchen cabinets and the floors are showing their wear and the grill needs to be cleaned. Also, the house could use more glassware/plasticware to accommodate such a large group! The kitchen is a bit small for such a large house, but we managed just fine. Lastly, the wooden deck around the pool is broken/splintered in multiple places which was a concern for us parents with little ones running around. Overall, a great home and a great week, home just needs some TLC and a good cleaning.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: I am glad this guest had a great time at our home and wish that they had contacted me about any problems they had while they were there. We would have resolved all of the items very quickly for them. Regarding the cleaning, this was the first complaint we had received this summer of any kind. I immediately contacted the guest that was at the house currently to review the items reported above and was told differently. I then inspected the property and had a meeting with the head of my cleaning crew to ensure that everything was properly cleaned. I noticed that the tops of the ceiling fans, the return vents in the ceiling and the grill were in need of attention and have since been addressed. Additionally, I had the deck boards replaced/ repaired as it appears that a recent guest must have damaged a couple of boards. On the stock of glasses, we constantly monitor the inventory of things like glasses, tupperware, cookie sheets, etc. We noted there were over 40 glasses at the house last Saturday. Sometimes, guests will move dishes around which does make it challenging to locate at times. I am always more than happy to respond to any guest issues but can't do so unless I am notified. I take great pride in ensuring our guests have a wonderful time while at our home as per our many other reviews. We continue to enjoy many repeat guests who come back year over year.

I'm always looking to spend a ton of money for a nice trip...this completely proved that you don't have to do that. EVERYTHING was less than 10 mins away...the beach was...*sigh*. Jeff was/is the NICEST dude ever. I found a bigger, more modern house that I was looking at, but the guy was a jerk. Jeff's house was very nice AND he was kind! I really can't say how nice this trip was...I really can't. THIS WAS THE BEST TRIP E.V.E.R...alsmost better than my freakin honeymoon!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This house was great!! We had a group of 18 (10 kids and 8 adults) and the house was plenty big enough. The location was persect with a very short walk to the beach. The pool was great for the teenagers and younger kids with plenty of pool/beach toys at the house. The owner was wonderful. Our pool heat went off 1 day and the owner had the repair man there within 20 minutes. I would recommend this house to anyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

This place was perfect. We had 19 people, mostly teenagers. The pool, ping pong table and pool table were a hit especially while waiting on the burgers to finish from the grill. The beach is directly across the street, only steps to the white sand. The Destin Commons (boardwalk with shopping, restaurants and movies) is minutes away. There was never a dull moment unless you escaped to the Cabana House for some peace and quiet which was a little piece of heaven for the adults needing a nap. The furnishings were in great condition and I am a bit OCD so that was a HUGE deal for us. No one had to take a cold shower which is important when you seem to always be the last one to get one. I would highly recommend this place for any group and will definitely go back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This property had a great location, just minutes from the Gulf. Overall, I would describe the furnishing as comfortable but a bit worn. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and appropriate for the guests served. The kitchen was small but well equipped - the icemaker was great. The living area was spacious with much seating. The one drawback was dining seating. We had 4 children under 6 and another bar stool would have made meals easier. The pool area had ample seating but the table was showing its age - the rough tile surface left glasses teetering and elbows raw. The gas grill was in good condition but a little dirty. There were ample toys for pool/beach use. The pool was a perfect size for our group of little one but a group of rowdy teenagers would find it cramped. The balconies provided private areas to escape and the carriage house rooms would be perfect for grandparents or teenagers to have their own space. The location was a short drive to much of the areas shopping while still enjoying the quiet of the beach. Most activities were just a short drive away. There was a bike rental and cafe/restaurant steps from the house. There were many places offering boat rentals or other water sports/activities. You could do as much or as little as you want. This is my second rental in the Destin area and one of many rentals in resort areas throughout the States. I would rate it among the best for location and basic amenities. The pool table, ping pong table and pool offered many hours of enjoyment.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.
Owner response: I'm so glad this guest had a good time at our home. We strive to keep it in excellent condition and made a special trip to assess the furniture wear. We replaced the leather ottomans which unfortunately had been torn by a prior guest. Also, we went ahead and ordered new sofas for the den. They were beginning to show some signs of wear although other guests who stayed after this one told us they thought there were in great condition. In regards to the rest of the furnishings, I believe that the guest was from South Africa and may not be aware of the style and type of furnishings we used. Most of the bedroom furnishings in the house were purchased new with a "distressed" or "antique" finish to them as this is a popular style. Also, the top of the outdoor table by the pool is not worn at all, rather it is "slate" tile which is not as smooth as ceramic tile, but holds up much better with large groups and the weather at the beach. We had the slate tiles installed as an upgrade to the ceramic tile top. The pool is the average size here in Destin (roughly 13x26). Our lots here at the beach tend to limit the size of the pools- you will find many smaller than this especially so close to the beach.

Cancellation policy:
RENTAL POLICIES RENTAL CONTRACT AGE REQUIREMENT No rentals will be made to groups under the age of 25. Adults over 25 must accompany anyone under the age of 25 on the property at all times! Adults over 25 are not allowed to check-in and leave, and they must stay at the property throughout the duration of the scheduled stay. There MUST be one adult staying at the house over the age of 25 for every four persons in total. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance of these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all funds paid. The age requirements are monitored closely, particularly during spring break season. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be made at least 180 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less a $75 administration fee and any credit card fees incurred. If you cancel inside 180 days and we are able to re-rent the property, your deposit will be refunded less the $75 administration fee, any credit card fees incurred, and any difference between the amount that the house is re-rented for and the original total rental amount. CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT TIME Normal check-in is 3 pm – 5 pm. In some cases, you may be asked to wait until the rental unit has been cleaned and not be able to check-in until after 5 p.m. Your patience is appreciated. Checkout time is promptly at 10 a.m. Guests checking out after 10 am local time will incur an additional charge of $100 per hour or fraction thereof. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY Maximum occupancy may not exceed the maximum occupancy advertised on the web page of each individual property or the guest will be evicted at the sole discretion of the owner. No refund of rent or security deposit will be made under any circumstance of eviction. PETS Pets are not permitted in or on the property at any time. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of any/all payments of rent and deposit, and the party will not be permitted to check in. If the party has already checked in, they will be asked to leave, and forfeit all monies paid. NO SMOKING For the continued enjoyment of all of our guests, we ask that you refrain from smoking inside the property. Please use ash trays when smoking outside. Smoking inside the home will result in additional cleaning charges and/or eviction. No refund of rent or security deposit will be made under any circumstance of eviction. NOISE ORDINANCE Quiet time for all properties is 10:00 pm until 7:00 am, in conjunction with Florida county ordinances. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Radios, stereos, and all other musical or entertainment devices will be played in compliance with the decibel level. The decibel levels cannot exceed fifty (50) decibels between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. outdoors. Music played inside may not be heard outside of the property with the doors and windows closed. Noise which exceeds the City's Noise Ordinance will be unlawful and considered a nuisance at any time of the day. However, The City of Destin enforces a 10:00 PM noise ordinance. POOL POLICIES No Diving or jumping into the pool is allowed. Diving or jumping into the pool or Jacuzzi may result in head, neck, or spinal injuries. As the renter, you accept the risk of the pool and specifically agree that no minor will swim in the pool unaccompanied by an adult. Pools will not be heated if the temperature drops below 40 degrees or if the temperature is above 80 degrees. For a fee of $30.00 per day, the renter may have the pool heated. Pool temperatures are set at a constant 80 to 85 degrees during off-season. Off-season runs from October until Early May. Pool temperatures will not be adjusted higher than 80 to 85 degrees at any time. Allow forty-eight (48) hours for pool heater to heat the pool water to the set temperature. If the outside temperature drops below 50 degrees, we can not guarantee the temperature of the pool water, and no refunds will be made. All children under the age of three (3) must wear swim diapers and rubber pants when using the swimming pool. If evidence of feces is found in the water, the pool or spa/hot tub will have to be shut down for 72 hours for the appropriate treatment as per state regulations. The renter will incur all charges incurred to treat the pool, including, but not limited to, draining, cleaning, re-filling the pool. No refund or discount on rent is warranted under these circumstances nor will one be paid or credited. Community pools are not controlled or maintained by the owner. Therefore, the owner cannot be held responsible for inconveniences resulting from the pool. It is at the discretion of the association when the community pool will be heated. Between May and October, pools will not be heated. Pool rules are posted and must be followed while using the private pool and neighborhood community pools. REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes occur, the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service (www.nhc.noaa.gov) may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. At that time, refunds will be pro-rated from the time of your departure through the time that the mandatory evacuation is cancelled. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation (assuming owner has not asked you to do so), neither refund nor compensation will be made. If severe weather occurs prior to your arrival and there is a loss of power, we will prorate your rental fee and ask that you wait to check-in until power has been restored. In the event the owners feel that severe weather is imminent which could be before a mandatory evacuation notice has been issued, owners may ask guests to evacuate and will prorate rental fees accordingly. Note that refunds are not given for bad weather/ rain. This is intended to cover major hurricanes, for which a mandatory evacuation is issued, that threaten the Destin area only. The rental agreement terminates if premises are destroyed by fire or other casualty. BEACH ACCESS AND BOARDWALKS Our area is prone to hurricanes which may change the topography (including the beach access and the beach itself) in many areas from year to year. The beach and beach access steps, docks, and boardwalks may be missing or may not be replaced due to storm damage. The owner has no control over the condition of the beach and/or beach access. Therefore, no refunds or credits will be made based on the condition of the beach and/or beach access. CONSTRUCTION The owner has no control over construction in the area and therefore cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience. No refunds can be given in the event of nearby construction noise or problems. MISC. The owner, and/or its’ agents may enter premises to make repairs or inspect the property at any time. The owner shall not be responsible for theft, vandalism damage, or destruction of renters' or guests' personal property. Appliances, TV’s, A/C’s, Pool Heaters, and anything else at the house or on the property, etc. are not guaranteed. Repairs will be made as soon as reasonably possible. No refund or discounts will be made upon failure. Under no circumstances will the Renter, Renter's family, children, guests, invitees, principals or licensees or any other person staying at the rental property leave a review, comments, or rating of the property, house, owner, or property manager on any website, anywhere on the internet, or anywhere else without the express written consent of the owner or property manager. Bunk beds may be a hazard. No child under the age of five (5) should be permitted to sleep on the top bunk of a bunk bed. Bunk beds are designed for children older than five (5) only. ADVANCE PAYMENT/DEPOSIT A minimum payment of 50% down is required one week after you have made the reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the total rent due. The advance payment is NOT a damage deposit. To avoid any extra cleaning charges (at the rate of $100 per hour or fraction thereof), please wash and put away all dishes/glasses/cookware/utensils/any other items from the kitchen, bag, remove and place all trash outside in the trash can, and leave the property in a neat condition. Also, if you happen to move any furnishings (inside or out) around, PLEASE remember to put the furniture back in its original place or additional charges will apply. The owner, and/or its’ agents will not be held responsible for any personal property left in rental unit. PAYMENT Final payment is due 45 days prior to check-in. Personal checks, traveler's checks, cash, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted (please note there is a 2.5% surcharge for credit cards). Applicable Florida County and State sales tax will be added to all reservations and are subject to change without notice. We require a valid credit card number for all reservations in case of damages. Security deposit refunds will be issued within fourteen days of checkout so long as there has been no eviction or damage. In case of eviction there will be no security deposit refund. In all other cases, the security deposit refund will be determined by subtracting the sum of all damages to the rental property from the amount of the security deposit. Whatever remains of the security deposit after subtracting damages will be refunded to the person who paid the security deposit within fourteen days of completing all repairs. The owner, its agents, and/or its contractors will make all determinations as to the value of damage to the property. Their determinations will be binding and final on the renters involved with renting said property. We reserve the right to correct rates that may have been misquoted during a telephone conversation, via email or due to computer error. HOA RULES The house is located in a neighborhood with HOA rules and regulations. Guests will be responsible for any fines charged by the HOA for violating the HOA rules below. We kindly ask that you remember the following: - No parking on the streets unless loading or unloading - No parking on the sidewalk or grass at any time - No towels, clothing, or other items may be hung from any railing or furniture that can be seen from the street. - No boats, RV’s, campers, wave runners, trailers, commercial vehicles, or vehicles with advertising shall be visible from the street. - No noise after 10:00 pm. - Please put garbage cans out after 6 pm on the night before trash pick up (twice weekly) and return the cans to their location on trash day. - Please clean up after yourself when using the community pools and common areas. The individual that books the reservation is responsible for collection and payment of all money due for this rental and enforcement or communication of rental terms and conditions to all within their party including any fines levied by Home Owner's Associations or local authorities. The owner will hold the individual that books the reservation and pays the security deposit responsible for all funds due to meet payment in full if for some reason an individual in their party disputes a payment. Disclaimer and Release of Liability. The renter acknowledge(s) that if the property being rented has an in-ground swimming pool, it may cause an inherent risk including serious bodily injury or death to Renter, Renter's family, children, guests, invitees or licensees. The Renter hereby accepts the risk of the pool and/or spa/hot tub and specifically agrees that no minor children shall swim or sit in the pool and/or spa/hot tub without continuous supervision. Minor children are defined herein as children under the age of 18 years of age. The Renter, Renter's family, children, guests, invitees or licensees shall use the pool only in a safe and healthy manner and undertake no acts, which might risk injury or death in the use of the pool and/or spa/hot tub. The Renter hereby assumes full control, and full responsibility for the use of the in-ground swimming pool, spa/hot tub, and the entire rented during the rental period. The Renter as agent and principal acknowledges and agrees that the owners, or any of his/her agents, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or death which may be suffered by the Renter, Renter's family, children, guests, invitees, principals or licensees or any other person on rental property because of the rental agreement and it is expressly agreed that all use of rental property shall be undertaken by them at their own risk and the Owner or Owner's agent shall not be liable for any injuries, death, or any damage to any Renter, Renter's family, children, guests, invitees, principals or licensees or any other person on rental property because of the rental agreement or be subject to any claim demand, injury, or damages, whatsoever, including without limitation, those damages resulting from acts or active or passive negligence on the part of the rental property's owner(s), shareholders, officers, employees, or agents. Renter on his/her own behalf and on behalf of his/her personal representative, administrators, heirs, assigns and successors, does hereby expressly forever release and discharge the rental property, its owners, shareholders, officers, employees, agents, assigns, and successors from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action. Noise which exceeds the City's Noise Ordinance will be unlawful and considered a nuisance at any time of the day. However, The City of Destin enforces a 10:00 PM noise ordinance. No garbage container shall be located at the curb for pickup before 6 PM of the day prior to pickup and garbage containers shall be removed before midnight of the day of pickup. All garbage must be bagged. Trespassing upon other property or commodities not considered public use will be unlawful. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement and understanding between the parties hereto, except for where this Agreement explicitly refers to external documents, policies, procedures, direction from staff or laws, and incorporates any and all understanding and agreements reached by them. This Agreement shall not be modified except by an amendment or new agreement, in writing, of like dignity, duly executed by Renter and approved by the owner, or its’ agents. If a provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect. I have read, understand and agree that any and all members of my party, including myself and any guests, agree to comply with all policies as stated above: RENTAL POLICIES RENTAL CONTRACT AGE REQUIREMENT No rentals will be made to groups under the age of 25. Adults over 25 must accompany anyone under the age of 25 on the property at all times! Adults over 25 are not allowed to check-in and leave, and they must stay at the property throughout the duration of the scheduled stay. There MUST be one adult staying at the house over the age of 25 for every four persons in total. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance of these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all funds paid. The age requirements are monitored closely, particularly during spring break season. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be made at least 180 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less a $75 administration fee and any credit card fees incurred. If you cancel inside 180 days and we are able to re-rent the property, your deposit will be refunded less the $75 administration fee, any credit card fees incurred, and any difference between the amount that the house is re-rented for and the original total rental amount. CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT TIME Normal check-in is 3 pm – 5 pm. In some cases, you may be asked to wait until the rental unit has been cleaned and not be able to check-in until after 5 p.m. Your patience is appreciated. Checkout time is promptly at 10 a.m. Guests checking out after 10 am local time will incur an additional charge of $100 per hour or fraction thereof. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY Maximum occupancy may not exceed the maximum occupancy advertised on the web page of each individual property or the guest will be evicted at the sole discretion of the owner. No refund of rent or security deposit will be made under any circumstance of eviction. PETS Pets are not permitted in or on the property at any time. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of any/all payments of rent and deposit, and the party will not be permitted to check in. If the party has already checked in, they will be asked to leave, and forfeit all monies paid. NO SMOKING For the continued enjoyment of all of our guests, we ask that you refrain from smoking inside the property. Please use ash trays when smoking outside. Smoking inside the home will result in additional cleaning charges and/or eviction. No refund of rent or security deposit will be made under any circumstance of eviction. NOISE ORDINANCE Quiet time for all properties is 10:00 pm until 7:00 am, in conjunction with Florida county ordinances. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Radios, stereos, and all other musical or entertainment devices will be played in compliance with the decibel level. The decibel levels cannot exceed fifty (50) decibels between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. outdoors. Music played inside may not be heard outside of the property with the doors and windows closed. Noise which exceeds the City's Noise Ordinance will be unlawful and considered a nuisance at any time of the day. However, The City of Destin enforces a 10:00 PM noise ordinance. POOL POLICIES No Diving or jumping into the pool is allowed. Diving or jumping into the pool or Jacuzzi may result in head, neck, or spinal injuries. As the renter, you accept the risk of the pool and specifically agree that no minor will swim in the pool unaccompanied by an adult. Pools will not be heated if the temperature drops below 40 degrees or if the temperature is above 80 degrees. For a fee of $30.00 per day, the renter may have the pool heated. Pool temperatures are set at a constant 80 to 85 degrees during off-season. Off-season runs from October until Early May. Pool temperatures will not be adjusted higher than 80 to 85 degrees at any time. Allow forty-eight (48) hours for pool heater to heat the pool water to the set temperature. If the outside temperature drops below 50 degrees, we can not guarantee the temperature of the pool water, and no refunds will be made. All children under the age of three (3) must wear swim diapers and rubber pants when using the swimming pool. If evidence of feces is found in the water, the pool or spa/hot tub will have to be shut down for 72 hours for the appropriate treatment as per state regulations. The renter will incur all charges incurred to treat the pool, including, but not limited to, draining, cleaning, re-filling the pool. No refund or discount on rent is warranted under these circumstances nor will one be paid or credited. Community pools are not controlled or maintained by the owner. Therefore, the owner cannot be held responsible for inconveniences resulting from the pool. It is at the discretion of the association when the community pool will be heated. Between May and October, pools will not be heated. Pool rules are posted and must be followed while using the private pool and neighborhood community pools. REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes occur, the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service (www.nhc.noaa.gov) may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. At that time, refunds will be pro-rated from the time of your departure through the time that the mandatory evacuation is cancelled. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation (assuming owner has not asked you to do so), neither refund nor compensation will be made. If severe weather occurs prior to your arrival and there is a loss of power, we will prorate your rental fee and ask that you wait to check-in until power has been restored. In the event the owners feel that severe weather is imminent which could be before a mandatory evacuation notice has been issued, owners may ask guests to evacuate and will prorate rental fees accordingly. Note that refunds are not given for bad weather/ rain. This is intended to cover major hurricanes, for which a mandatory evacuation is issued, that threaten the Destin area only. The rental agreement terminates if premises are destroyed by fire or other casualty. BEACH ACCESS AND BOARDWALKS Our area is prone to hurricanes which may change the topography (including the beach access and the beach itself) in many areas from year to year. The beach and beach access steps, docks, and boardwalks may be missing or may not be replaced due to storm damage. The owner has no control over the condition of the beach and/or beach access. Therefore, no refunds or credits will be made based on the condition of the beach and/or beach access. CONSTRUCTION The owner has no control over construction in the area and therefore cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience. No refunds can be given in the event of nearby construction noise or problems. MISC. The owner, and/or its’ agents may enter premises to make repairs or inspect the property at any time. The owner shall not be responsible for theft, vandalism damage, or destruction of renters' or guests' personal property. Appliances, TV’s, A/C’s, Pool Heaters, and anything else at the house or on the property, etc. are not guaranteed. Repairs will be made as soon as reasonably possible. No refund or discounts will be made upon failure. Under no circumstances will the Renter, Renter's family, children, guests, invitees, principals or licensees or any other person staying at the rental property leave a review, comments, or rating of the property, house, owner, or property manager on any website, anywhere on the internet, or anywhere else without the express written consent of the owner or property manager. Bunk beds may be a hazard. No child under the age of five (5) should be permitted to sleep on the top bunk of a bunk bed. Bunk beds are designed for children older than five (5) only. ADVANCE PAYMENT/DEPOSIT A minimum payment of 50% down is required one week after you have made the reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the total rent due.
