The home features granite counter tops, stainless GE and GE Profile appliances, separate U-Line ice machine (makes up to 25 lbs. of ice per day) - a MUST have for any large party, 18 inch tile and paddle ceiling fans throughout- all this in the popular Crystal Beach neighborhood. Fabulous back yard area features OUTDOOR POOL TABLE, PING PONG TABLE, horseshoes, extensive landscaping with uplighting, pool area, and plenty of seating which make this home ideal for outdoor entertaining.
Breezes has four king-size beds and one queen (all of which are either four poster or full sleigh beds with pillow top mattresses), four bunks, a daybed with pop up trundle (twins), one sleeper sofa and two chair and 1/2 with twin sleepers (all with ugraded mattresses), private heated pool, outdoor hot and cold shower, and carriage house. Home has 50 inch flat-screen TV in den with home theater system, DVD, and PlayStation 2; all other bedrooms include 27"-36" TVs and DVDs. All bathrooms feature rain shower heads. Additional refrigerator in laundry room and small fridge in carriage house.
Designer furnished home is directly across the street from the beach with gulf/ water views from all three floors. You can walk to several restaurants including a coffee shop and deli. Home has decks and patios on every floor for relaxing and listening to the waves. High chair, pack and play, wagon, cooler on wheels, jogging stroller, safety gates, and beach chairs are provided at no additional charge to ensure you can actually relax and enjoy your vacation!
