Payment Terms/Methods:

ALL RATES BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY.
Additional persons: $25/nt/pp. Max 6 persons.
one week = 6 nights, 7 days
6% gst added (fully refundable to non residents).

payment options: visa, mastercard,amex,jcb, debit card, cash, travellers cheques.

Booking Policy: If booking 30 days prior to date of arrival, 50% of total due. (balance due 30 days prior to date of arrival) if booking within 30 days of arrival date, then full total due at time of booking.

check in:3pm check out: 10:30am. NO EXCEPTIONS DURING PEAK SEASON.

Cancellation Policy:

By the guest: BEFORE 30 days of the arrival date, there will be a FULL REFUND of the reservation deposit, (less $100 handling fee). WITHIN 30 days of the arrival date, there will be NO REFUND of the reservation deposit, unless the unit is re-rented. If the unit is re-rented the reservation deposit will be refunded to the guest in full for the total number of days re-rented, less $100 handling fee. No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures.
