  Thank you, Katie for allowing us to spend Thanksgiving weekend at your condo. We made a last minute plan to go to Lake Chelan, and started looking for vacation rentals. Katie was nice enough to respond to our query and help us with all the arrangements. It was my husband, me, my sister, BIL and cute little nephew. The idea was to really be close to the lake and hang out with my nephew. It was such great fun, we cooked together, got wood from Safeway in downtown which is just 5 mins walk...and started the fire. My nephew (just 1.5 yrs) was running around the house, and great thing was house was so kid friendly. We might go back in summer to enjoy the pool and sit outside. But this was a perfect winter weekend :)

  Would definitely recommend. The decor was more than acceptable and we appreciated the additions. We were especially surprised by the spaciousness. I have no complaints but want the owners to know that there were ants on the kitchen floor, the master shower door does not operate smoothly. Overall, we enjoyed the unit very much and loved the view.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

Thank you for letting me know about the ants, I assure you this is not normal and we will notify the office and they will take care of this immediately. Same with the master shower. We were just up there didn't experience any of this. Thank you for your response, hope you will visit Chelan again in the future!

  We found the condo to be very comfortable. It was not only very spacious and it was also well-equiped. We loved the view. The pool facility was perfect. We even swam in the lake. The location was great and it was an easy 10 minute walk to town. Thanks so much for sharing your home.

  We had an excellent stay! The condo/resort was everything we hoped it would be. The grounds and pool were very well kept and having the lake at our feet with all the possible toys made our stay even more perfect. We highly recommend the float plane tour and visiting the wineries. It was only a short walk to town for great restaurants and best of all a shop with 40 flavors of ice cream. The condo itself had a very well appointed kitchen, lovely furnishings, washer and dryer, and great beds. We loved it and wished we had longer to stay during our Washington State adventure. Our thanks to the owners who were very friendly and helpful in planning our stay.

  I would stay here again in a heartbeat! This would be a great place for a long stay in Chelan , great amenities, kitchen sticked with all the necessities. There were 6 in my party and this unit was the perfect size. Pool and property were well kept and clean. The views were fabulous, sitting on the porch on the evening looking over the lake. It is in a prime location, just a short 10 minute walk from all the fun of downtown! I'll recommend this to any one I know who is traveling to Lake Chelan.

  Four of us mom's got to have a much needed girls weekend. It was a very relaxing time for us to enjoy each others company without all of our kids running around. The condo was as described and was well equipped. The beds were all very comfortable. Everything was clean and organized. The pool area was also clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We toured the wineries and ate at a very good Italian restaurant right down the street. We would definitely stay here again.

  The owned condo was very nice; neat and clean. The facilty was also very nice as were the Pederson staff. The pool area was clean and fun. The only issue during the stay was the over-exhuberance of the twenty somethings who had too much alcohol and were loud at night. We used a canoe and though it was windy, my son and I had a great time. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we'd be happy to come back again.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

  This place was so incredible! Right in the heart of Chelan, with breathtaking views and beautifully maintained! We took an all girls trip and found the accomodations to be fabulous. We enjoyed our stay sooooo much! Thank you and we hope to be back next summer.

  The pictures really do not do justice to the view! Or the condo in general - it is very spacious, well furnished, supplied, and has a lovely balcony, large enough to fit several people. Owners are extremely responsive and easy to deal with. Check in/out was incredibly easy. The condo is in a great location, close to downtown and local wineries. Weather did not cooperate so we did not get to experience the pool, but it looked heated and sat right on the lake. LOVED staying here and cannot wait to stay again!
