Your vacation home is a luxury condo in Peregrine Point at Durango Mountain Resort. The Resort is rated as having the best weather of any ski resort in America. But it’s probably most famous for being one of the premier family resorts. And Purgatory Mountain is the home of the short lift line. Aside from great winter skiing, there is year-round recreation for all activity levels. The spectacular San Juan Mountains surround the Resort and invite you to hike, bike, and explore.
Peregrine Point was constructed to exacting standards and finished in 2010. Steel girders, steel studs, and the highest quality throughout. Most all units are owner occupied. Unit #203 was purchased new in 2011 and is one of the few available for vacation rental.
The condo combines easy access to all activities at Durango Mountain Resort when you want them and solitude when you don’t. During the day, you are only steps away from the main plaza at Durango Mountain Resort. At night, the super soundproofing keeps the unit coffin quiet.
Secure underground parking is included. The elevator will easily hold your entire family with luggage and sporting equipment.
The décor is “Mountain Zen” with premium mattresses and linens for all beds. The bedrooms sleep four, but if you need to sleep six then the sofa converts into the most comfortable queen bed you’ve ever slept on.
The living room has a wall mounted HDTV with cable. Free wifi is supplied. Free local telephone is supplied.
The unit has two full bathrooms. The master bath has luxury appointments consistent with the high standards throughout the Peregrine Point Building and this condo.
The kitchen has high quality appliances and is supplied with cooking utensils. And if you don’t care to cook then try Purgy’s Restaurant at Durango Mountain Resort, which changes from fast food during the day to a wonderful dining room at night.
You have free access to the Durango Mountain Resort Spa. The Spa has changing rooms with lockers, showers, and a full workout center. The Spa exit leads to the outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub.

Refund of 50% from 14 - 7 days prior to arrival date and no refund from 7 days prior to arrival date unless the unit is rented to another party. In that case, any days paid for will be refunded minus a 10% fee.
