This condo is one block from Mission Bay, the beach, a park with a great playground, the boardwalk/strand and a nature preserve. It is a short bike to Campland. This light, airy condo has a fenced in yard and patio with table/chairs/umbrella for outdoor dining, a chiminea and a barbeque for outside fun. This two-story townhome is clean, safe and private yet walking distance to all the fabulous amenities in Pacific Beach - shopping, restaurants, nightlife. Easy bike ride to great surf breaks! Sea World is a three minute drive and the world famous San Diego Zoo is a ten minute drive.
Property has brand new kitchen, endless hot water and updated bathroom. It is an inviting place to spend your time in San Diego. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking and eating utensils you will need. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, the second bedroom has one full size bed and one twin bed. The living room includes a sleeper couch, TV and DVD player. There is an additional sun room off the master with a foldout futon that sleeps an additional person.
All linens are supplied including beach towels. We also provide bikes, boogie boards and beach chairs. Surfboards available for an extra fee. There is one parking space attached that is large enough to fit even the largest SUVs. There is a good size fenced-in, secure yard and a garage with large washer/dryer for your use. We can provide baby equipment if needed.
