  We loved our stay at this condo! It was clean, quiet, and in a beautiful neighbourhood. From our first inquiry the owner was very attentive to emails, later providing maps and other information relevent to our stay. Our highlight was the pool which we made much use of and often had to ourselves. The serenity of this place greatly enhanced our stay in California especially after active days at Disneyland. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to fellow travellers.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  we have stayed for a week in this condo.the location is very convinient for us to go to university town center.and chris is aways kind and careful.we like the swimming pool .because i forget my password ,so i postphone my review.

  Great condo in Irvine!!! Really enjoyed our stay during our vacation - room was clean & well kept. Facilities were fantastic & you can't beat the prestine feel of the Irvine (I don't think I've ever seen a piece of garbage or litter in the streets - ever!!!) Place was right off the 405 freeway which gives you access to several attractions including the beaches & Dland. Owner was very communicative & readily available for questions before & during our stay. The best part was how affordable it was for a weeks stay during a holiday weekend!!! Thanks again for a great vacation stay!!

  This condo was in an excellent location for getting on the freeways, beaches and off course Disneyland! The swimming pool and hot tubs were terrific as was the fitness centre. The condo itself was tastefully decorated and contained all our needs for the week. Chris done a great job of informing us of shopping and restaurants and answering any questions we had. Would recommend it to couples of any age. Thanks Chris

  Very nice and clean appartment. The owner Chris was very helpfull and friendly when we arrived. He has quickly responsed to all our mails during the whole periode from booking to arriving. The appartment was located in a very nice resort with pool, parking, gym - very quiet and safe. Irvine is my favorite location, clean, green og shops and restaurants everywhere. We just love the place. It is locates between LA and San Diego with short distance to lovely beaches. An upgrade to the appartment could be to put a better sofa in the livng room. It is not comfortable for an adult to sleep on, just a suggestion. We would very much like to stay in the appartment again when we visit Irvine next time.

  When we first arrived the first thing we noticed was the beautiful landscaped property and the heightened security system.... we went to the beach, Disneyland and both were close to the condo....within driving distance of course..... the condo was modern and well kept, the owner was fantastic and made himself available for questions....when we got into the room all the info we needed was provided in a packet left on the counter.... the owner was very thorough, provided detailed maps and instructions in an email confirmation... the area is very clean...we will definitely stay here again in the future!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

  The condo is right in the middle of the best part of OC, Beaches are nearby, the airport is less than 10 minutes away, shopping (e.g. Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza) are also reachable within minutes. The condo's facilities, parking, pool, gym, basketball court are just ideal. Chris, the owner, was extremely helpful and accommodating; we thank him for having made our stay in OC a relaxing and memorable one.

  I had good time to stay at the place. I would recommend to the couple without kids. It is very conveniently located for everything. I would defenately come back if I come to the area. The owner was always available and very helpful.

  The groundfloor unit was clean, plenty of artificial light available, well situated not far from the pool and gym . There was some construction going on during the day on the outside walls of the building. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. I would be willing to stay here again.

  As a family with a special needs child, we really felt at ease at Watermarke. Everything was spotless, clean and comfortable. On ground level, easy access parking and access to the pool and hottub- we were set. Chris was helpful, easily reachable and incredibly kind. Wholefoods and other shopping is very close by (not walkable but within 5 min.) We chose to use VRBO instead of a hotel because of the need for a kitchen- it was the first time renting a place that didn't fit 8+ ppl so maybe my expectations are skewed a bit- I had to go to the store and purchase a lot of simple cooking oil and spices that I've never had to before. The kitchen has all the basic utensils and small pots and pans but for anything else, you'd have to bring your own. Also, the place is really stark- no art on the walls makes for a very bare environment. Other than that, we were very happy with the Watermarke!
