My husband and I stayed here with our 7 year old son; my parents; and my mother in law for my son's Spring Break. We were absolutely delighted with this property. In fact, we loved it so much that we didn't leave the house once to do any sightseeing, shopping (other than for food), or eating out! The owner and rental agents were absolutely fantastic to work with. In my next life, I will live in a house like this, you will not be disappointed! A very liveable and outstanding beach house suitable for a family or extended family retreat with private beach access and easy distance to bicycle/golf cart to town. Absolutely would rent again.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

About the owner: We have a very busy life but knowing that someday we will want to retire on this beautiful island we chose to purchase now. While currently, we can only dream about it, someday we plan to spend most of our time on Boca Grande fishing, shelling, boating, and visiting the nearby islands.
Why the Owner Chose Boca Grande:
After visiting many beach locations, including the East coast, we chose Boca Grande for its natural beauty and unspoiled coast. There are no high rises and the town is quaint and friendly. Most of the traveling on the island is done by golf carts on the path that runs the full eight miles.
