This luxury, fully air conditioned, five bedroom villa with South facing pool, high speed broadband internet and free phone calls to UK landlines, the USA and Canada. The villa is both spacious and fully-equipped and can comfortably accommodate twelve people. It is situated on a quiet estate at Formosa Gardens. The estate hosts a lake and conservation area and is well maintained. Within a 2 minute drive you will find shops, restaurants and supermarkets, golf courses and the busy highway 192.
Disney's main entrance is just a 5 minute (3.4 miles) drive. Easily accessible from both Sanford Airport (35 minute drive) and Orlando International Airport (25 minute drive). This Non-Smoking villa is constructed on a single storey so there are no stairs to worry about after a long and tiring day.
The villa boasts a private, south facing, screened, 28 ft. pool with 2 wall fountains. The deck area has ample loungers, tables and chairs and has a beautiful planted area. It provides a comfortable place to relax while watching those energetic members of your party in the pool or to enjoy a poolside snack or drink. Pool heating is available at an extra cost for those who require it.
The Family room hosts a large cable TV, DVD, video, radio, CD, audio tape and telephone facilities along with the control panel for the intercom. Entrance to the pool and screened deck is via the alarmed patio doors. Comfortable seating and a breakfast bar finish this very popular room with a pool view.
The sophisticated dining area is perfect for that quiet, romantic or special dinner. The cool and tasteful decoration will encourage you to linger over a home cooked or professionally prepared meal delivered to the door.
The lounge area provides a quiet, comfortable place to sit and reflect on the days activities. It is perfect for those who crave some quiet time or to relax while reading a favourite book.
The fully equipped kitchen incorporates a microwave, range, dishwasher, waste-disposal, large refridgerator and freezer and an icemaker. The breakfast bar and second dining area makes this a very popular place to prepare meals, snacks and drinks.
The luxurious master bedroom hosts a four poster bed, cable TV, DVD, video and telephone. There is a large walk in wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. The beautiful en-suite bathroom hosts his and her sinks, bath, walk in shower and separate toilet.
The bonus room is also en-suite and has a queen-sized bed and an adjoining room with bunk beds, allowing parents some privacy while being close to the children. Cable TV, video, telephone, wardrobes and plenty of drawer space makes this a very popular room for a young family.
The bedroom facilities are completed by 2 double bedrooms each have cable TV and video facilities, walk-in wardrobes and chests of drawers. A lovely, bright 'Nemo' themed twin bedded room with video, walk-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. All offer a comfortable space to rest in after a long day. A travel cot and high-chair are also provided.
Entertainment in the villa includes a top of the range football table, games consul, a number of games, book library, over 100 films, music recordings and a good selection of toys and games, for you to enjoy.
A bathroom and separate utility room finishes the accomodation. The utility room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board so laundry is quickly taken care of.
There is an intercom facility throughout the villa. Music can be played or young children monitored from the main control in the family area.
A telephone is provided and all local calls are free. Other calls are made using locally purchased phone cards or by using your credit card. Incoming calls are collected in the usual way.

Aurora,Lou, Noreen and I all had asuper time. Two weeks is never enough.Next time (and there will most definitely be several next times), our holiday will be a lot longer. The villa is extremely pleasant and comfortable, and well within 10 mins of Disney, and about 20 mins to universal , using the Interstate.Check out premium outlets if possible. Aurora adored the pool. Fantastic after a hot day,and lots of touring the theme parks. Just sorry we couldn't stay longer. Home seems boring in comparison. Just got to work out how to transfer that villa to here.......I would without any hestitation,highly recommend the villa,and the whole Florida package!!.
