About the owner: My husband and I love St. Martin and traveled there for 20 years renting villas in Dawn Beach. We saw the property being built in 2007 and said "Let's buy!" Which we proceeded to do and have been enjoying Villa Corinne every since. We aren't able to travel there as often as we'd like so we enjoy seeing others have the same pleasure. This year, we purchased a marina Town Home right across the street to give us the option of 5 bedrooms for family flexibility. We have now combined them as a rental for those larger groups who need the space. We have homes in New York City, Connecticut and Florida, but I have to say when we need that "perfect" down time, Villa Corinne is our destination.
Why the Owner Chose Dawn Beach:
We love Dawn Beach. It's quiet but still close to Phillipsburg for shopping and the French side for fine dining. Also, there are 3 excellent restaurants within a minute's walk of the Villa so often after a lazy day, we just saunter over for a fabulous drink and excellent food.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
We love to BBQ on the terrace, have a pina colada in the Gazebo at the end of the day and lounge on the terrace.
