Welcome to the Cottages at Sierra Verde in the city of Surprise! Located in a very Quiet and Family-Friendly neighborhood, this three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom home is fully furnished and ready for you to simply Relax and Enjoy your vacation. The master bedroom has a King Bed, private bathroom with double sinks and 32” flat screen television. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed and 32" flat screen television. The third bedroom has a Queen Bed. All mattresses are of high quality and are very comfortable, and sheets are also of highest quality. Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet for all of your clothes. A laundry room with washer and dryer is located upstairs. Downstairs is a living room with 42” flat screen television and two leather love seats. The kitchen has Granite Countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances and a full set of cookware to enjoy cooking at home. The dining area is located just off of the kitchen and has sliding doors to the outside area where you can barbeque for dinner. A patio in front offers a place to enjoy your morning coffee and ease into the day. A large green space is in front of the home and provides a nice area for children to play within view, or to simply watch the quail wander by. Utilities, linens and other amenities are included. Activities near the home are numerous. A Community Pool, Hot Tub and Playgrounds are a short walk away. You are just minutes from the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers Major League Baseball spring training and under 10 miles from the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres spring training. An aquatic center and tennis complex are a short distance away. The area around Surprise has many golf courses and plenty of hiking opportunities. A beautiful Fitness Center (offering weekly memberships) is within two miles. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and you are close to a movie theater and shopping centers.

Excellent house in excellent location

We had a great 3 day stay at this house in March as we attended spring training in Surprise. The house had everything we wanted and was in a great location - close to baseball, restaurants, and everything else. We could not have done better, and plan to return next year.
