  We were very happy with the condo itself. Very clean, nice layout and pretty quiet. The king bed was comfortable as well. The kids enjoyed the pool.

  My family and I recently traveled to Orlando to go to the Universal Parks. The condo location was close to the theme parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. The condo had all the comforts of home and the sunrises were beautiful to watch each morning. Percy was wonderful to work with and responded to my questions quickly. We would definitely use the condo again in the future.

  This location is wonderful. Close to everything and very convenient to the amusement parks. The accommodations were great and the condo was very well stocked and nice and clean. I will definitely be staying here again!

  My family was thrilled with the comfort and convenience of staying at this clean, spacious condo. In the past we have stayed at a Disney property and taken shuttles, and I can't believe how much nicer and less expensive this option was. All theme parks are just a short drive away! We were able to hit the parks early, leave around 1:00 or 2:00, go eat, relax, swim, nap or whatever, and then head back to finish early evening when many tired folks were leaving. Being close enough to refresh with that break and not having to eat park food made for a very enjoyable experience. My GPS showed a multitude of restaurants and stores in the area. The dollar store in walking distance came in handy for rain ponchos and any essentials that didn't get packed. The pools were very nice and we even jet skiied in the lake. Having grown teen boys, it was so nice to have the room to spread out and facilities to make snacks after a long, hard day of fun! I'd highly recommend this condo to anyone. Beautiful space, beautiful views and a fantastic location!

  We stayed on the 12th floor and found the unit to be spacious, immaculate, and very comfortable. Plenty of sleeping accomodations (sleeps 6-8). Kitchen is well equipped, washer and dryer off kitchen are very convenient. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning and fans made temperature regulation easy. Patio overlooks the lake. Loved the large pool which had an area for lap swimming that I used each morning. Very family friendly. Starbucks and Dunkin Doughnuts within walking distance. Miniature golf next door. Ten minute drive to Disney Parks, Outlet shopping, and great dining. We particularly enjoyed Maggiano's Italian Restaurant near the convention center. Shuttle available at hotel to take you to parks but we found driving to be easy and it gave us more flexibility with times. Staff were professional and courteous. We would definately stay here again. Very affordable for all the amenities.

  The condo and facilities were great. Plenty of room for our group and a great view. Everything was clean and quiet. Loved the convenience of the shuttle, but you might want to drive to the parks if you don't want to be on a schedule. Restaurants and a Walgreens (right across the street) were just a short drive or walk. I would recommend this listing others or stay here again.

  Me, my husband, four granddaughters and friend ranging from 18 to 21 recently spent 3 days and nights at this beautiful condo in Orlando. The condo was very efficient, clean, roomy and comfortable for all of us. The decor was lovely and everything we needed was provided.. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful looking out over the lake. I have already recommended this to some friends and the rate is very very reasonable. I am looking forward to going back sometime this spring. The Blue Heron Beach Resort has two beautiful buildings and very easy to get to and everyone is so nice and helpful. If you're going to Disney World and looking for somewhere to stay, this is the perfect place..you can be at the entrance to Disney in five minutes, in a complimentary shuttle from the resort. There are so many good places to eat, all within a ten minute drive. The owner of this condo is super nice and will answer any of your questions and will try to see that your stay is satisfactory in every way. I recommend it highly...

  I was Dealing with Percy for my reservation, he was EXCEPTIONALLY efficient and helpful, and its because of his excellent service that I chose to stay at blue heron resort! The resort was clean and very friendly, the rooms were comfortable. The resort was in a great location and was an absolute pleasure staying there - Will definitely book there again!
