Located in Old Town also known as Zona Romantica. The unit is part of a complex which has become one of the most desirable gated intimate complexes in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's 'Old Town'. Once you walk through the gates you will be completely overwhelmed by all the incredible gardens and perfectly kept grounds and completely forget where you are.
The complex comes with one of the largest common area infinity pools with incredible views of the Bay of Banderas. An infinity pool is built to give the illusion of no end and that is exactly what you feel once you are in the pool. The common area is equipped with a hot tub Jacuzzi and a fully equipped gym. The pool is surrounded by outdoor patio furniture, outdoor BBQ and a large Palapa to get away from the sun for a few minutes.
This penthouse condo rental is 1 of 7 towers in the complex. We have spared no expenses to make your vacation excellent and enjoyable. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom, 1 king bed in the master, 2 single beds in the second bedroom and a pullout bed in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, wireless internet, washer and dryer, safe, air conditioning, TV, DVD, CD players and unlimited free telephone calls to the USA or Canada. The spacious 1300 square foot penthouse comes with a beautiful outdoor private patio area supplied with a dining room table to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon margaritas.
Since the building is built on a hill, the penthouse units can be reached from the main gates at the administration office without many stairs. If you choose to take the less scenic route and go down the front of the building you will need to walk down 26 steps to the back gate area to reach the cobblestone streets on the other side of the complex. None of the buildings are equipped with elevators but this does not seem to bother any of our guests. There is city noise associated with this area. There is a white noise machine for use in the master bedroom for light sleepers. This unit has a no smoking and no pet policy.
The complex is conveniently located to many restaurants, Mexican stores, Los Muertos Beach, art galleries and an endless array of bars and the Puerto Vallarta nightlife. You will not be disappointed by renting this very charming penthouse unit.
